50 Pounds to Subaru Journal

OMFG I just jogged.

I mean, I actually jogged!

I did 8 minutes jogging interspersed between 22 minutes of walking.

But I haven't jogged 8 minutes in a half hour since...well....ever, I think.

I looked awfully jiggly.

I just had my first scale reading in the 100s!!!!

I expect it to come up a bit tomorrow because it was too fast (down 1.4 from yesterday), but I GOT A READING IN THE 100s!!!!!

Your doing fabulous. Oh,and can I steal you formatting for your excel spreads? I've been thinking of charting it on Excel also so that I can make pie charts with my numbers...lol!

WOO BABY I RULE: 199.0 today.

I did strength training yesterday morning, so this morning I really didn't feel like working out. I started walking and just didn't feel it. Well, actually, i felt it, but the "it" was ache in my legs. So I stuck it out for 10 minutes to not break the habit, then went home.

Last night my roommate and I watched a movie that ended later than we thought, but I still managed to get to the gym and on the elliptical, even though I contemplated sleep.

Thanks for all your support everybody. It helps a bunch.

I am eeking towards a third done with my goal and 25% done in time.

I only have to do what i've been doing twice more over, and it'll be done.

Daang.

It'll be hilarious when I can say that I lost 50 pounds for a costume :) Whatever works, eh?

I plan to start construction in January. She has a lot of props that I can work on while I'm still losing. I'll get the wings and axe done in January, along with jewelry, shoes, and accessories like her sleeve attachments, wig, etc.

February I'll work on the top (it's shaped like a bra) because that won't fit a bunch differently when I continue to lose.

March I'll do the skirt and final fitting for the 4/5/07 debut.

I'll also be wearing this to Anime Expo in July 07 in Anaheim, so I'll have motivation to maintain.

I didn't do so great yesterday. I had Mongolian BBQ for lunch and then meatloaf for dinner. Ended around 1800 calories.

I guess all weeks are kind of ups and downs. It seems like my weight loss week goes from Thursday to Wednesday. I am all gung-ho on Thursday, it stays through the weekend and into the next week, but by Wednesday I'm tired again and rededicate myself on Thursday.

I guess I should get used to the pattern and stop fretting when I overeat on Wednesdays :)
 
But you're still loosing - maybe the metbo just needs the extra boost. 1800 isn't too bad. And anyway you're still doing great and working really hard.. so don't fret. :D:D:D
 
sweet mama i just got done with probably the most intense workout I've done yet.


I just found a new setting on the elliptical I've been using which changed it up a bit for me.

That, and I used some of my horse riding principles - balancing the upper body while moving the lower body to make my legs work harder. And dang - it worked.

I can generally tell how hard I've worked out by the amount of sweat and this ring is from my neck well into the bra area. Daang.
 
Wow - sounds like a great workout. I'll have to remember that if I ever get a gym membership. Nothing better than a great sweat ring..lol ;)
