It is so frustrating not to be able to exercise especially during a break in my dieting, but I know that if I try to resume my regular exercise routine now my knee will not heal and that will set back my weight loss program even further. I should not have started jogging. It is too much stress on my knees. What I have learned from this experience is that a moderate exercise routine of at least 45 minutes a day is crucial to maintaining weight loss.
