Relly, its important to focus on getting better rather than anything else right now. Make sure you get lots of nutritious food and not too much vigorous exercise which will hinder your immunity. Are you taking some vitamins? Good nutrition will be key to fighting this. Dont be so hard on yourself, the house can be a little untidy while you're ill. I sure hope you feel better soon mama.

Relly-I have a chronic health condition called cystic fibrosis, its genetic, anyway I have alot alot ALOT of experience with chronic infections and have some ideas for you if you are interested. Since I started with things like nutrition, excercise, probiotics etc my number of infections has drastically reduced I would think you could have similar effects. There are so many ways to boost your immune system, rebalance the pH in your body, ensure your vitamin levels are correct etc.

take care, I know abx can make you SOOOOO tired and sick, whenver I get sick I take cipro 750, is that what you are on? If so when you are done make sure to take an extra magnesium supplement.

anyway ok I said if you are interestd and then gave you some anyway LOL but its made a big diff for me. I hope you feel better, try to get some extra sleep (ha ha I know) and take it easy on yourself, even just downgrading to walking for when you arent feeling well so you wont tire yourself out.

best wishes

Hi Cinderelly

Are you feeling any better??? I read you have the "munchies"...your body must be craving something because of the infection...maybe? Try to keep it as healthy as possible while listening....

I hope you are feeling better now...the house can wait....f that!!

Hugs

hey there, what 5K challenge are you talking about? Hmm. Well I plan to do a 5k or two in teh spring. I heard a loud pop in my knee last week so I am taking this week off and only doing elliptical 5K's but yes I am up for it! I was last week at 2.25mi with plan of working up to a 5K run 3x/week.

take care and I hope you are feeling better

oh also I read on team 1 about the sports bras. There are bras specially made for larger busts, they will set you back like 50-60 but are sooo worth it. I went from a B/C pre pregnancy to a 36EE/F when I was nursing which is when I started jogging. It was well worth the investment. I only bought one and I wash it out during the week. I still wear it and I am down to a D but still does a way better job than any of my normal ones.

ok see ya!

Nice bike babe, I never got the hang of recumbents but they are a kick ass work out.... They use a little bit different set of muscles than a regular bike and I'm a creature of habit...

Take care of yourself and be careful with the infections hun, :hug2:

Thanx, it is huge! The length of my king sized bed, it is at the foot of it and is the same length, lol.Thankfully I have a BIG room.I use to use a regular upright as well but I hated it, it hurt my ass like ya wouldnt believe and it was old. Then i fell in love with the elliptical and that baby served me well for along. Then I upgraded to a better one. I also had an elliptical/bike it was pretty cool too, i could either sit or stand, basically an elliptical with a seat.I lent it to my cous as i wasnt using it and now I have the recumbrant, I quite like it actually, always used it at mom and dads.
