So a few things Ive come to make as a change and such...

I need to make a plan, yup you heard me right a plan...

So just daily life...

Meditate daily for an hr before bed...
eat more fruit and veggies
Try to eat at least 2 meals a day
drink 2 liters of water a day
take my vit suppliments
do yoga daily again, early morning at work
stepper again at work
Wii Fit daily
Sun Run Clinic Sessions twice a week
Hopefully focus on learning to run a few times a week:)
Boot Camp vids twice a week
Join a gym and go every morning...

For the moment boot cmap doesnt seem to be working for me, Im not 100% sure on this one but I think Im gonna give it up...it seems to hinder me more than help me at the moment...

I found I had more balance and felt better before restarting boot camp and I miss working out at work.Once I restarted boot cmap i was too tired and too sore to work out at work...I feel my balance has left me:(Boot cmap is more brutual this time around, harder on me and my body and takin me longer to recover after sessions so it limits everything else I wanna do and makes me feel like im not accomplishin anything...I was feeling good when I was exercising at work aand it was helping wiht my enegry and gettin through my nights.Plus my weight loss stopped once i restarted boot cmap and it was going well till then...

I also wanna go to my Sun Run Clinic sessions twice a week which boot camp intereferes with also.

I also really wanna learn how to run...

As silly as this sounds I think I will leave boot cmap for winter, LOL...

Cuz I dont eat, LOL

I meant to make sure i have at least 2 meals a day instead of a tiny little amount here and there and hrs between eating...:)

Anyway, your list sounds PERFECT. Dont push yourself too too hard though, how many hours of exercise is that? But maybe you do need to eat a bit more, that can't be great for your metabolism. A minimum of 2 meals sounds like a good idea. Kay, C U in the other thread there..

Running if I do couch to 5k would be 20 min sessions...If I run with a friend which I wanna do it would be longer 30 -45 mins im assuming...

Boot cmap - Biggest Loser is 30 mins, Tae bo is 45mins...

Yoga an 1hr

Stepper 30 mins at elast 3 times a week

Sun run clinics are abt 30 on tues and thurs and 50 and above on Sundays

Eliptical at 30 mins a day...BUT I need to join a gym first so wont be for awhile...

WII FIT - anywhere from 30 - 90 mins I do, just depends on my time and what i do an dif im playin with someone

I was already doing most of this before I started boot camp, But instead of joining a gym I might switch that to tennis, and I can do the back board on my own and tennsi days with my cous:)

BUT this I WILL be able to do:)

Hey, your plan sounds good, but I agree you need to eat more than just 2 meals. At least 3. I normally eat 3 meals plus 2 snacks a day. I heard you're supposed to eat 5-6 small meals a day. But at least try for 3! Not eating is not good, esp if you're trying to lose weight. I know you're trying though, and good job on that!

Exercise - 30 mins Wii Fitt

Wednesday Food

Bran Muffin 130am (work)

Mini Pizza

1/2 cup of pasta
chicken
1 cup corn
1 cup green beans

Exercise

20 mins Wii Fitt
20 mins Recumbrant Bike (3.5 miles)
20 mins Dancing (WII)

Water 2 liters
2 20 oz of Herbal Tea



Thursday

Tuna Wrap
Tuna - 240 (whole can)
Tomatoe Wrap - 180
Glass of milk - 2% ? cant remeber

Coke (cup) 110

1pm
can of ravioli - 400
coke (cup) 110

630pm
2 tiny lil pork riblettes

1100pm
4 pieces small ww toast - 300 cals
2 tbs p/b
1 tbsp honey

Roughly 1300 - 1400 cals that is ok inst it?

Hey Relly.. I haven't stopped by for a while.. I was reading ur post in the chat and I was give up the boot camp until your body and mind aren't so stressed.. bc that will just make it worse and we all know what stress does to our bodies.. :( and don't want to sound like your mom lol but you should definitely try to eat more! I'm never hungry either.. and I've always ate really small amounts of food (couldn't tell by my weight...lol) but I make myself eat most of the time the only time I'm always hungry is around lunch but I could skip breakfast and dinner but I make myself eat something lol.. I would try for at least 3 meals a day.. and a couple of healthy snacks in the middle if you can.. I know it must be hard fitting those meals in your busy day working 3rd shift then coming home and taking care of the kiddies and everything else in your days.. but I think increasing the food would definitely help with a weight change.. :) just my 2 cents.. lol

Well, lol...I ballooned up 10 lbs a cpl weeks ago...was 230 when i went to bed before eating and was a magical 240 when i got up and have been 240 ever since...

Now I know why...

My nose is infected and of course I have fuckin Staph infection again...anything that touches my body or goes into that is foreign turns into Staph, gotta love being me, LOL

This is why ive been going down hill the last cpl of weeks, i get this so often I shoudl know my cues by now...the sudden weight gain, the blahness, the change in attitude with nothing contributing to it...

Anyway SORRY just came to vent and feel sorry for myself, lol...I lost my nose rign and he said never agian...hahaha...Im lucky i went in when i did as the abssess is worse than i thought bth inside my nose and outside...He said had i left it longer and he is worried abt the abssessess not going away...

This is why I come and go so much, i fight these infections ALOT, I loose all my energy and ambition and feel like shit, then taking strong anti biotics and dbl doses the last 3 infections I had...GGGRRR i have the family that comes first and work...*UGH* Im unhappy, lol!

I also havent slept in days here is hopin i feel bettter after some sleep...Im gonna sleep at work, i could get hired for it if caught but i need some sleep...

Alternative treatment

Alternative therapies for staph infection are meant to strengthen the immune system and prevent recurrences. Among the therapies believed to be helpful for the person with a staph infection are yoga (to stimulate the immune system and promote relaxation), acupuncture (to draw heat away from the infection), and herbal remedies. Herbs that may help the body overcome, or withstand, staph infection include:

Garlic (Allium sativum). This herb is believed to have anitbacterial properties. Herbalists recommend consuming three garlic cloves or three garlic oil capsules a day, starting when symptoms of infection first appear.

Cleavers (Galium aparine). This anti-inflammatory herb is believed to support the lymphatic system. It may be taken internally to help heal staph abscesses and reduce swelling of the lymph nodes. A cleavers compress can also be applied directly to a skin infection.

Goldenseal (Hydrastis canadensis). Another herb believed to fight infection and reduce imflammation, goldenseal may be taken internally when symptoms of infection first appear. Skin infections can be treated by making a paste of water and powdered goldenseal root and applying it directly to the affected area. The preparation should be covered with a clean bandage and left in place overnight.

Echinacea (Echinacea spp.). Taken internally, this herb is believed to have antibiotic properties and is also thought to strengthen the immune system.

Thyme (Thymus vulgaris), lavender (Lavandula officinalis), or bergamot (Citrus bergamot) oils. These oils are believed to have antibacterial properties and may help to prevent the scarring that may result from skin infections. A few drops of these oils are added to water and then a compress soaked in the water is applied to the affected area.

Tea tree oil (Melaleuca spp.). Another infection-fighting herb, this oil can be applied directly to a boil or other skin infection.
 
Sorry tp hear about the staph infection Relly. I really hope the antibiotics get you back on your feet at 100% soon.

Thanx Gals, Im feelin really shitty today:(

Im gonna vaccumm my floor so I can do some Yoga in awhile here...I think Im ok for exercise, im not gonna push myself super hard but am gonna make sure I get some in over the next few days, I need to do my sun run training also, LOL I ve been bad, I need to use the treadmill I guess at some point.

Im not gonna allow this fuckin infection to take me over and get the better of me, Im gonna truck along as usual, bu tya knwo I sure can feel it:(
