Yay for getting the water up :) And it's awesome that you go twice a week with your family! Haha I remember doing the board thing on the garage door. Haha wow.

1 piece of whole wheat toast

an omlette (cheese and bacon)

Exercise yes, breakfast yes...fast food, nope, I caved sorry...I spent the day with my little one till she went to preschool, so we had a treat and got mcdonalds for lunch...and I just went hog wild as you can see. LOL...

Exercise this week:455 mins

I have so far played 6 hrs of tennis this week and tomorrow is my regular day and that will put me at 8 hrs if we play for two hrs which seems to be our standard now!

Hey there Cerella, I just wanted to pop into your diary and say hello. Dan and I are having a great time. Some of our choices could be better but all in all not doing too badly. The weather is incredible and we are totally enjoying spending time with Dan's Dad and his girlfriend. On tuesday we are heading to the Ukeulet to the cabin. No computers or phones at that point. lol.

Sry gals im so far behind im sittin this one out and we only get the points if we all do the challenege fully. I am sorry...Ive been good up till now But I always get my exercise in!

Tennis hours this week:4 hours!

I had the most amazing afternoon. I went on a bike for the first time. It was incredible - I LOVED IT...I will become a biker chick at some point for sure! I spent the afternoon with my x. We went on a 2 hr bike ride and he took me to the beach for an ice cream cone. It was nice and sweet and I had a great time. The beach threw me though...It was where we went as a couple all the time...
