Nice job on the eating and exercise lately. Even if you do go over your pts by a bit now and then, you should be fine as you're pretty consistant otherwise.
 
Hey Girl! This "accountability" challenge sounds great. Good for you for posting your food. I'm too lazy most of the time.

Keep up the good work. I noticed you ate a McD breakfast burrito, my favorite!! Omg do I miss those little boogers. I make my own breakfast ham and egg sandwiches, only 4 points. Eggbeaters, lean ham, lowfat english muffin, 2% cheese slice. Sookie sookie!!
 
Claudia - everything is at a stand still at the moment...it has been 2 weeks now since anything has been done *SIGH* They decided that they needed to replace all my cupboards adn counter tops so they are getting estimates and bids and all this takes time as it needs to go through insurance and be approved.

BB - Even if I go over my points a little every day it isnt a big deal as I have my 35 flex points a week plus my activity points I earn...

MJB - The breakfast burrito was spur of the moment on the run. We had a late night saturday night and had to get up and going early sun morning so that was the it is timet o get up and go adn we cna hit mcdonalds on the way, something i dont do too much anymore...I figured that was my best choice plus my youngest and \i just shared the meal, we each had one burrito and half of a hash brown
 
So im very proud of myself. Yesturday I got like 2 hrs sleep and had worked the night before...the day before that ig to like 3 hours sleep after working all night long. Plus ive been working overtime this week. Anyhow - this morning after work \i went to the tennis courts and played for 75mins on my own against the backboard...my personal best. I guess playing tennis a cpl times a week is helping out.

Im also going to go back to water areobics...and try to make a point of walking agian int he evenings. Water areobics - 3 times a week...tennis twice a week and walking in the evenings.

Will post food after I settle my youngest. Food was good - low in points but also just had a wendy's flurry thing as \i wanted a treat and new \i could afford one :)!!!

It also wont matter how much I bust my ass...not much will happen as usual!I typically eat as my menu has shown...with no success - lol...

Water Areobics here runs on Sun which is exciting, my friend Karen and I will start going this Sun and I will go on Mon with another friend of mine and Karen and I will choose one more diff day to go durting hte week.

LOL, my stomach actually let out a growl right now as I read about the burrito again. It was loud! haha I have those spur of the moments too now and then. You are not alone. My last spur landed me at Jack In the Box. So far so good this week for me.

Update- I just noticed that I actually pay $39.95 a month, not $30 for the meetings. If I pay individually its $12 a meeting. Perhaps not that much a difference after all. I don't know why I thought it was only $30.00. I think that is why sales prices are like that. Take off 5 cents, knock the price from $40 to $39.95 and next thing you know you think you are paying $30. lol

Hey girl, that stinks about the kitchen but then again, your getting NEW cabinets and counters?! That should be nice..

Give this a few more weeks and if no weight shifts after you are this disciplined and dedicated, its time to go to a doctor and/or try some supplements that are known to speed up WL, not anything speedy or anything but stuff like green tea extract, forskolin, CLA (an oil), yerba mate (a popular Brazilian tea and supplement extract), fish oil etc. Ya know I've been researching this stuff to find something for myself. But there has got to be something wrong with your thyroid I think.

You know, lack of sleep can be counter-productive to weight loss, so you might be better served by exercising less and sleeping more. I'd choose sleep over exercise any day. :) It really isn't good for your body to be constantly sleep deprived--it also ages your faster. :eek:

Hi luv :). I agree, you need at least 6 hours or more each and every night or you actually age your brain and probably your whole body. Are you still working nights?

Must be hard to eat healthy without a kitchen. Have you been able to make it somewhat functional since the fire?
 
Thanx Ladies - I appreciate your concern - however I always function off of nothing, always have...Ive never gotten 6 hrs of sleep lol, and now I am working nights so most days I function off of 4 hrs of sleep and 9/10 hrs of work...I just have a busy life right now, it will start quitening down shortly...
