Hey cerella.. girl your really giving that elliptical a workout there. I wish i could make myself do it.. i totally need to refocus and get this stupid weight off.. i am up to 236 based on today's weight which i think maybe a combination of tom and just not watching what i eat which is so bad.. ugh

anyways we need to challenge each other i think so we can both get down to weights that are going to make us happy.. are you in?

woohoo wtg girly.. your kicking butt on the elliptical again and losing all the weight while your still in major decision thinking mode about the stuff going on in your life right now. I know things are crazy and don't stress to much about some of it as it will all fall into place when the time is right. Either way no matter what you do I am still here for you. Keep going and kicking my ass in the elliptical riding.. haha

Cinder 4 miles is a great workout on the elliptical. GOOD JOB!

Oh and great job on the water, I've been lacking a bit in that area myself.

So i just went running...My friend Jenn figured I ran abt a km or a little more nad we walked abt 4km afterwards...i got bad cramps and I pushed myself to the point of almost barfin - lol...mmm attractive!!!
 
So things with the x have come to end , I just wish for once I couldnt give him the satisfaction of me being hurt and cryin - he is a fuckin loooser and that will never change...

He told me he wanted to get back together see how things went and go from there...he would only have sex with me and i am what he wants and who he wants....so then he tells me he had oral sex with soemone else and not only that but he caught somethign from him her or it...

But he loves me and has passionate with me...fuck him...im pretty damn hurt, but why wold i have expected a different outcome...I mean really

My weight is 229 this am - yuck...I had snacks of french bread and cheese (special cream cheese) late last night...
 
Good for in not putting up with it. Its not like the two of you had any agreements to be open, so his opening that door, certainly should mean its time to SLAM yours right in his face. Atleast now you know & won't forever wonder what would have happen had you tried again. Also you have some lil gals who need to see that they are worth more than letting some guy treat you badly... I'm going out on a limb saying this isn't the only way he disrespected you. Most guys like that aren't just slipping sexually it seems.

So now you know. & here you grow.....
