shrimp and garlic and peppers streamed - yum yum!!!

4 apples pieces

Steamed shrimp and peppers

1 cup of popcorn
2 mini pizzas

2 sausages
1/2 cup yoguart

1.5 liters of water

4.5 miles elliptical
30 min walk

 
concentrate on your positives cinders ! :) you got in some exercise, you drank your water, and i take it that you satyed in your calories therefore you did great! now just think about what would make you feel better this time tomorrow.. making wiser food choices? so say to yourself okay tomorrow i am going to eat healthier wiser food and i will feel better this time tomorrow than i do this time today. little steps and you will get there. keep it up honey :) xxx

It was an outing day today at work - we went to white spot for lunch and then to see a movie...We say The Real Life of Dan and it was very good!!!

I havent exercised yet but I may not...I worked a 10 hr shift and spent the day pushing wheel chairs and loading them in and out of vans...it is tiring work...plus I have an all day work shop to attend...But i have alot of tv I wanna watch so I will prob hope on the elliptical when I watch some of it!

Oh just by a pound or two...but you'll get under my weight here soon, I just can't seem to get my head on straight since schools started.....ooooooh well.

Wow girl you and those 10 hours shifts they are ruff and I don't miss them at all but the money I do missed lol.Don't sweat the burger and fries I had stupid KFC yesterday grrrr oh well it will get better,keep that motivation up tho cuz you are cautious now and that is a gr8 start.Have a gr8 day Tammy
 
Weight today 227.8 BLAH - I ate well yesturday and today wasnt so much better...I had an all day workshop 9 - 5 and they provided t he food - eeekkk -

1 cup of stir fry

Steamed peppers
Steamed cauliflower
garlic
parmison cheese - just a cpl of sprinkles

I had half a cinnamon bun

2.5 liters

Exercise
7.25 miles Elliptical
