280lbs --> 174lbs

You look absolutely fantastic!!

Where have the before and in between pictures gone though? It'd be great to see how far you've come if you don't mind putting them back up?

Massive congratulations on the weight loss xx

the before pics dont come up for me ,but the after ones do and by god you have the perfect figure now, well done on your brilliant transformation!

Same for me. I only saw your "after" pics, and you look gorgeous. :) it really doesn't look like you need to lose another pound. congratulations on the hard work. motivating for sure.

Did you take down the before pictures?

I'm interested in seeing the entire picture process. It's more motivational to see where everyone started as well as where they are now.

BUT the afters you posted, you do look gorgeous!! Sounds like you did a lot of great work to get to where you are now. Great job! Keep it up girl!!

Thank you so much! You're right and sorta wrong, I guess I don't know how to explain it. I still sometimes see myself as that 300 lb girl -- so I'm still pretty self-conscious. I also don't ever believe a guy is looking at me so I guess you could say thats also my lack of self-confidence but it's just 'cause it's all so new to me. I'm working on the self-confidence though!) Thanks so much again for your comment!

Believe me, I know how you feel...
I started at about 269 and am currently 171, and new guys at work have started hittin' on me pretty hard...
and it's my immediate reaction to get suspicious, and be standoffish, since it's always been my nature to assume that if someone puts out those sort of vibes towards me, they're either crazy or joking.

Something we'll have to get used to, I guess :) Cheers

Thanks so much! Actually there was a problem with where I uploaded them -- they should be visible now? I didn't take them off they just weren't showing due to where I uploaded them.

:)

Fixed the before pictures! Thanks so much -- far from perfect but I'm working on it ) It's definitely been a crazy transformation.

Gosh I haven't been here in FOREVER but after seeing your results it motivated me to go to the gym. :D Great work, you look amazing!

Thanks so much! Glad I could motivate you, ahah. If only I had some more motivation to kick these last lbs!)

Huge Congrats! You look fabulous! You are so close to your goal weight! If you know any gym friends or if there's some sort of winter activity you have always wanted to do its a great time to do it.

I always wish I could run without feeling like I was going to fall because I feel like marathon's are a great motivation and finding a marathon partner seems like fun.

First, congratulations on your weight loss!

I also have loose skin that looks EXACTLY like those pictures you posted. Looks especially bad when I get into a push up position. I finally hit my goal weight of 166 lbs .

I talked to the doctor and she said the only way to get rid of it for sure is surgery. She said I could bulk up and cut, but not with the amount of excess skin I have. I lost 81 lbs.

You can see the picture here:

Same with me! It looks like my insurance company will pay for a TT (since I've lost 100+ lbs) It's terrible - I can "fit" into jeans but have to squeeze the skin into them. It is a reminder of how hard I've come though!

CONGRATS on your weight-loss -- You look AMAZING! Are you looking to get the surgery done?

Yeah, I got REAL into the gym scene until I tore a ligament in my hand...Couldn't move my hand at all without it killing. Then after about 4-5 months I was able to go again (FELT GREAT!) went skiing...and tore it AGAIN. Now I'm right back to where I started. I still work out just not as hardcore so my thumb doesn't move as much but I'm working on it! Thanks so much for the advice!

I never really got into running... I still can't run more than a mile (which, I still believe is pretty good in my book! lol) I'm more of a elliptical/stair/weights/&walking person.

Right, same with me. Clothes don't fit well, especially jeans. Eventually I will get surgery probably, but going to use it as a last resort. I've heard it takes a couple years for the skin to settle after weight loss, so I'm going to wait a bit, and keep getting stronger.

:blush5: Thanks for the compliment. You look INCREDIBLE. Seriously.

I often still feel really fat....from when I was obese. I heard you did too sometimes. It's hard to get over that confidence thing sometimes...my confidence is still low, although I do feel better about myself, you know?

Also, have you tried cycling? I got myself a good bike and I LOVE it. I go everywhere on it.
I can't run either.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I walk into a store and think that everyone's watching me thinking "she can't fit into clothes here..why is she here" I STILL do that to this day. It's just a whole concept/mind change that comes along with the body change. It's weird.. I never think a guy is hitting on me ect. I don't recognize guys hitting on me or anything like that. Being fat definitely made me a bit naive.

I have tried cycling -- I do like it but I could never do it for an entire workout. I vary with what I use.. but I'd take cycling over running ANY day!
