Wellmy friend, i just got to thank you, you just gave me the extra motivation i needed to step it up a notch... i too work out 5 or 6 times a week like crazy, like an animal like you say.... but i just eat 2 times a day maybe 3 and i know thats not the way to get it done, its just so hard for me to do a strict diet, i burn like 1000 cal a day between the cardio, the weights and the 750 crunches a day.. maybe a little more, all i know is that i work out at a very high level, i normally end up bathe in sweat each time so i know im doing god in that cat, but for some reason the weight loss slowed down so bad the last few months, but i am buff and pretty ripped everywhere but my belly, and im still 265 so my muscle mass should be high... anyways, im just going to try to adapt a beter diet and well see how that works out, Thanks a lot brother and i know i speak for a lot of peeps here, you are an inspiration brother... good job and God Bless!!
