235lbs in 10 months

wow good job, seems a little excessive in the amount vs time, but hey whatever gets it done :)
You look awesome!

Of course, gotta say you're awesome to have done so much so quickly.

You ever hit road blocks with your running (messed up knees, feet, shins), since you said you ran quite a bit?? Did you mix other cardio in with your running??

Congrats! You look AMAZING. You are also an inspiration, you make me think that my goals are not ridiculous.

Thanks they arne't You can do anything you set you're mind too.

Truly amazing! Congrats on all of your success!

-Sam:)

Thankyou
Ironman? you are amazing. Kudos to you :jump: You are a big inspiration to all. And yes, I also believe that you can do anything.
So now that you have reached your goal, what is your plan to maintain?

Way to go!

Thanks alot man. Well to maintain I just gotta keep eating 6 meals a day and atleast 4,000+ cals. I should be fine. I find I can eat about 5k a day and not gain. Ofcourse im going to start weight training some so my intact will have to shoot back up to atleast that many cals a day or more.

As far as workouts. Weights will prolly be 3 times a week and maybe around 25-30miles a week in runs. I should be able to maintain and build my muscle even futher. Hoping to trim down to around 190lbs and a 32" waist. I'm currently a 34" at 208.

All I can say is that you have completed a journey that has required dedication, pain, and determination. Congrats! Enjoy your new body.

Marilyn

Thanks I'll enjoy it for sure.
Great job..you look great.
thanks :hug2:

Meh I wanted to kick ass and do it. Get it done so tis speak. Main thing was monitor everything and make sure im staying healthy. My health just continued to get stronger and better as the workouts kept going. I think many people don't realize how storng you're body is. Infact you're mind will play tricks on you and tell you, you can't handle more or do more but, the truth is you're body can handle alot more than you think.

I constantly mixed things up. Sometimes I would run into problems with my right hip and my feet. For the most part as long as I constantly ate and took my vitamins+ sleep I was fine. Maybe some of that is more mental than anything I dunno. I could have blocked out some stuff.

I just knew I wanted to do the impossible and i was sick of being unhealthy and fat.

unreal. great work- thats amazing!

Thankyou. I hope people will read this story and get inspired. You can do it. You can change you're life.:jump:

wow that means alot to me man. I'm glad you are starting to eat more. Accelerating you're metabolism with lots of eating and counteracting it with exercise is what really pulls the weight off.

glad to hear you are doing so well. Keep it up bro you can do it.:jump:

Ironman?!

Wow Im really inspired, you did a phenomenal job with your progress, keep it up. I had a question what/how did you do it??

You look so much better!!!! Good job! I hope that I can be as strong willed as you!

I just get tired of running! Any way to pass the time? I get bored so easily..my teenage mind has to be excited...haha.

Holy cow, talk about motivation and taking control of your life. I'm stunned, very very stunned. You not only lost a ton of weight, but you gained muscle (which I have always argued is very possible with going things the "right" way.) Kick a*s!!

Wow man, Good job. Show us some more pics if you've got them, very inspiring. How much did you weigh to begin with?

I was 445 when I started. I'm currently 205. I will be going back under the knife in a couple of weeks to remove the excess skin and do a thigh lift. I'm prolly looking at around 195-200lbs end weight. Since im currently a 34" I prolly end up a 32" waist.

I'll see if I can post some more pics later tonight. Thanks for all the kind words.

IronMan, wow I am glad I came across this, for the last week or so i've been really down, I only lost 1 pound this past week, since i've been trying to lose weight i've lost 30 lbs in 7 weeks, but about 7 or 8 days ago I just started feeling bloated and that got me down and out for some reason, but after reading your post, you have that drive that many of us should strive for! I just love that qoute:
"You will never hit a plateau in you're weight loss if you attack it like a animal"

I'm gonna attack it!

You can attack it and kick its ass. Im actually home now from plastics. I had a tt and a thigh lift. It will take a couple months to heal but, when I will post some shirtless pics. its truely crazy how I look even swollen up like I am right now. I've never had a wasboard stomach.

yeah I like your attitude. one thing ive noticed though as my stomach goes down my "man Boobs" stay the same or atleast seem to be, do they ever start getting smaller? it's embarrassing!

WOW!! That's really remarkable. I'd be interested to hear how your friends and family have reacted, particularly those who haven't been around much during your journey.

You look great!
