Hi Tally, super cute jacket! I'm glad you finally tracked it down, I love that feeling when you find it after all of that hard work of looking for it. You're day looks good as usual with food and excersice, a snack or two would be good to add in, even keeping some in your purse in case you're out and need something to munch on. I always keep emergency snacks in my purse to help me from cheating when I'm out- it doesn't always work but sometimes it does. Have a wonderful weekend!

Thanks Justina!! I love bargain hunting too but I get soo tired sometimes I just get grouchy lol but there are awesome 2nd hand stores with designer labels around so I at least know where to go.

Today I made an effort to add some snacks in so yay me! I was starting to feel pretty tired during my workouts and I need more energy to burn calories!

My butter chicken was new and it turned out okay but it was nice to be eating something with veggies added in. I have one more recipe this week and I hope to do it on Sunday! It's new so I hope its delicious :)

Thanks Janvier! I had to walk home in the rain after I got the jacket and I was smiling the entire way! I felt so victorious lol You are totally right I should probably start bringing carrots around with me like I was doing but then I got tired of carrots lol but I think I'm over my carrot aversion now :)


This week I only had to work 2 days so that wasn't so bad! I am counting down the weeks to the April 22nd. We are in the middle of doing a project for a client but we have had to revamp it so much that it was pretty much accepted that we would not even try to renew the contract when it was done! Much more work and effort then anticipated and they pay that had been negotiated just isn't even worth it. I was super glad to hear this as they are a pain in MY BOOTY!

I am kind of happy to get back into the school routine next week since that means my days get pretty normal. I guess I just needed more then a week since my first week of break I usually rush around and get things that I needed done or hang out a lot etc.

I have a cousins baby shower tomorrow which is going to be a buffet!! HOLY MOLY we shall see how well I go through that sucker! I figure they should have amazing meat over there which will be awesome!! I will just have veggies and meat which also sounds really delicious.

I made more effort to eat more today. I think that went over well. I finished up my amazing greek yogurt! It's from trader joes and its their brand and I love it plain! I feel like I grew into loving it plain though but its also amazing with some chunks of almond and some fruit! I will consume more of that once I start plateauing.

I do think I had too much dairy this morning though. I had too much of something this morning as I had a tummy ache for quite a bit of the time at work. I guess I just need to eat lighter in the morning and heavier later.

In a week it will be April 1st! How amazing is that??

Thanks Justina! Yes this one was project based! No one else really wanted to take the headache and they weren't able to pay what we will demand for a contract renewal which is fine by me! I ate a ton of food! My calorie intake went up WAY high lol

Yesterday was more a HUGE BBQ and then they plied you with food to take home so I brought home 3 plates of food! My fiance was happy to have some delicious food. I ate a ton! But I stayed away from the carbs which included some delicious looking sushi and some other amazingly good looking food :drooling: I was good though only drank water and stayed away from the soda pop!

Today I will just relax and since we have so much food around I won't be cooking lol My chicken is still defrosting in the fridge for my other chicken recipe.

Today is weigh in day :) Although I probably gained a bit from yesterdays eating but I still kept it down to less then a 100 carbs so I am still happy!

136.2

I found another pair of jeans I wore in my early twenties that is my next goal! They will probably fit after I cut out another 10 pounds but overall I am quite happy about my body! Just keep working out for lifetime health and the rest will fall away as long as I still eat decently.

It's high time I learned my lesson. The goal is only the beginning because life still happens even after the scale says 125 :) I never want to regain the weight because I started eating junk for months on end.

Today was my first day back to school and work!! It was tough and I was super tired when I came home and still did interval X. I considered doing kenpo since its so easy but then I wanted to challenge myself and stick to the schedule I changed it to. I sweated like crazy and after my workout I was so tired! But I felt good about it!

My thighs are sore and so are my arms. I am happy to give my body a day break. Next month has 2 more bbq's and I will probably eat just as much as I did this weekend but that's ok since I also worked out when I was supposed to. I figure it was still better then eating at the cheesecake factory because my body can use all the food I ate to restore itself! But I will be going to eat there at sometime in the future... Loves it lol

Crazy how time flew by and Wednesday starts week 13. Then next Monday I have officially completed Round 1

Thanks! I'm really looking forward to warmer weather now since I have access to most of the clothes in my closet! I can't believe time passed by so quickly! Now before I know it June will be rolling around :) I wish I had taken actual day 0 pics but I still see the improvement regardless.

Today started rest week which was nice! I am still a bit sore so its nice to just do yoga X. I did notice something amazing and it was the fact that it seemed a lot easier then it used to be. It's really nice to feel the improvement!

My fiance got giftcards to a pasta place and we will be going in April sometime. Not quite the Cheesecake factory but its delicious and I really love their chicken fettuccine and I will be getting carb heavy that day.

I decided to make a dessert for one of the bbq's I am going to. I really want to make something incredibly delicious but I don't want it being around the house for me to completely destroy lol I found a ferrero rocher recipe online that I would love to try but I am too lazy to make the actual balls so I figured I would make bars OR I will be making nanaimo bars which also look heavenly! I really want a delicious dessert but I also want to have control of what's going into it so I figured this would be a good way to do it!

Other then that not much going on :) I made the Hazelnut Crusted Chicken with Stealth Coconut recipe from the daily apple and it was such a pain in the butt! I didn't think it tasted good enough for all the effort that I put in it but it did taste good.

I do have to say that I have been wanting to eat so much junk food this week! So much so that I wondered if I would actually gain all the weight back by June because I could not figure out why I would stare at the joyofbaking site all day! It seemed like I wasn't ever going to want to eat normal food again and while I had no plans to stop working out food is still 80% of weight loss!

I imagined eating 4000 delicious calories a day and still doing p90x and watching everything fatten up again. :banghead:

Then I realized that I had been really moody lately and the scale did not want to go down at all! Then I realized that it was hormones and that technically I should be having TOM but since I missed pills it will be later but what a relief! I was thinking that I would never stop eating! It simply means my crazy cravings will go away.. I just have to ride the storm. :toetap05:

My fiance went to the store and came back with frozen pizza, vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, tortilla chips and bean and cheese dip! Holy Moly!

Thank goodness my craving is extremely picky! It only wants Nanaimo bars or Ferroro Rocher bars!

I look forward to getting back to normal :nopity:

Good luck on the scale! I feel like eating is the biggest key to losing weight but exercising makes everything look great with clothes off.. and both are important lol :)

Thanks! Lol well I'm not always strong willed and I shall prove that in a moment but if I know something is in the future it helps keep me focused but I couldn't resist cravings forever lol I'm not that strong.

Thanks!! I try to remind myself that the scale will eventually stop going lower because obviously I can't below a certain weight but it's fun seeing the numbers going down. Although I do really look forward to maintenance though.

Well the BBQ that was in 2 1/2 weeks got changed around and now I can't make it!!! Which really sucked because I was going to totally splurge that weekend and now I can't BUT I decided why not splurge this weekend! A bit at least lol My other BBQ is all the way at the end of April and after being completely good since Feb 22nd!! I just decided to treat myself to something because I REALLY want something delicious and that has chocolate!

I decided to skip the nanaimo bars and the homemade ferroro rocher because I have so much baking stuff around so I made coconut chocolate chip cookies which are really good. It also made the angry voice in my head calm down and I am not spending hours of my day looking at baking recipes LOL

I think I might also get a cheeseburger and fries. I also snacked on tortilla chips and some dip while I was waiting for the cookies but probably a handful. That pretty much sums up my splurge though. My cookies may be all gone by tomorrow lol but I made something like 15 some small others medium due to my laziness. It was a pretty small batch but I really enjoyed baking them with all of my leftover ingredients. Coconut flour, unsweetened coconut flakes, honey, coconut oil, eggs and my chocolate chips were all in my apartment already! It was terribly convenient lol

The one thing that is really nice is to do it on a rest week since my workouts aren't as hard. I am calling it a shake up of my metabolism and I feel good about it which is perfect! I really don't like splurging if I'm not really wanting it and it seems almost wasteful I guess. Like eating potato chips and not really tasting them anymore because its your second bag! I taste every cookie and I'm like MMMMMM!!!!

I am following the exercise schedule this week except for tomorrow because x-stretch is a waste of my time. I will do kenpo again. I feel like rest week really makes the week after harder if you don't do interval X 2 times like I did last time lol I am just relaxing and next week I know it's gonna be brutal LOL

Eating junk I feel effects my exercise performance so I prefer to do it on rest days/ or rest week so this was perfect :)

I had a winter where I ate at least 2 pies every week on my own and it wasn't even this last winter. This last winter I ate batches of cookies and bags of twix :svengo: Seriously I gotta stop that LOL

You are doing so well! It's hard not to want to encourage someone who constantly works hard to attain her goals :)

Today I am eating healthy but yesterday I did go crazy without remorse! Woot it was an awesomely delicious day and I ended up doing x-stretch to help my calves and because my knees are a bit cranky. I did it with my fiance and it was super fun. I hadn't done it in so long I got caught off by Tony's jokes and giggled during some of the time so he laughed too :) Super cute day.

Today I am back to eating normally though and super excited about starting round 2 next week! This rest week has been really restful and the eating what I wanted to really helped my hormonal mind settle down. I feel like for a while I had 2 completely different mindsets but now that I finally gave in to temptation both sides are happy and they are one again with bringing hard workouts and eating perfectly.

It's great that you can set days that you eat something not in your diet plan and not dwell on it or feel remorse, I can't do that at all, I do a spir or the moment cheat and feel terrible. Everything sounded soooo yummy!! I love coconut cookies :drool5:. All of your meals always sound so yummy, I love pulled pork! I used to be one of the 100% people where I had to workout and eat perfect and then if I had a cheat I would get so angry and disappointed in myself that I would regain all the weight and then months would go by and I would start it all over again. My fiance told me I was being silly and if I had just gotten past those days then I would have lost more weight then what I was doing.

I had to take the guilt out of eating junk so I set up the mini-challenges by setting up the day but if I eat crap before I really try hard to get over it and get back to doing things right. I'm still trying to figure out what completely works for me. I just have to think about it for a long time and try to get past my current emotions.

I read an interesting article and I wish I had saved it but it mentioned self control being a muscle and we had to condition it and make it strong just like any muscle. I have to admit that I am still slightly tempted to eat more junk but I realize that I need to be good for about a week before I even think about it. It is too easy for my self control muscle to shrink and die lol I had to look at some visual inspiration (cute little cheryl cole since she is the same height lol) last night because I was considering making low carb brownies! I do have daily splurges which are almond butter and jelly sandwiches so I may cut these out for other creamy stuff but for now I want to give myself time to get back to normal eating.

I did learn that coconut cookies were delicious and if I put in small chunks of chocolate and eat them over a week then I can probably get away without gaining anything and probably still lose a bit but I have to admit my craving this week was extremely angry and I knew that a small splurge wouldn't work.

I was spooning out almond butter and I couldn't become full no matter what I ate so I felt like it would be safer for me to splurge big then to wait until I went crazy and no one saw me for a week lol I really try to sit and think things through and decide which would be worse lol

Today was day 90 and I am a p90x grad!
