Do I ever know how you feel about cravings, good job on not giving into them and you did amazing at not giving into all the junk food your fiance brought home. Thanks! Lol well I'm not always strong willed and I shall prove that in a moment but if I know something is in the future it helps keep me focused but I couldn't resist cravings forever lol I'm not that strong.
mmm Nanaimo bars - om nom nom so delicous! I haven`t had one in forever. That`s definitely something I`ll keep on my splurge list if that time comes around.
I feel ya on the TOM thing - mine is coming up shortly (well not really but heck it feels like its coming soon - strange) and the Non-budging scale. I figure as long as I keep it up it`s not like I`ll gain all the weight back so eventually the scale will cooperate with me and be my friend again.

Thanks!! I try to remind myself that the scale will eventually stop going lower because obviously I can't below a certain weight but it's fun seeing the numbers going down. Although I do really look forward to maintenance though.
Well the BBQ that was in 2 1/2 weeks got changed around and now I can't make it!!! Which really sucked because I was going to totally splurge that weekend and now I can't BUT I decided why not splurge this weekend! A bit at least lol My other BBQ is all the way at the end of April and
after being completely good since Feb 22nd!! I just decided to treat myself to something because I REALLY want something delicious and that has chocolate!
I decided to skip the nanaimo bars and the homemade ferroro rocher because I have so much baking stuff around so I made coconut chocolate chip cookies which are really good. It also made the angry voice in my head calm down and I am not spending hours of my day looking at baking recipes LOL
I think I might also get a cheeseburger and fries. I also snacked on tortilla chips and some dip while I was waiting for the cookies but probably a handful. That pretty much sums up my splurge though. My cookies may be all gone by tomorrow lol but I made something like 15 some small others medium due to my laziness. It was a pretty small batch but I really enjoyed baking them with all of my leftover ingredients. Coconut flour, unsweetened coconut flakes, honey, coconut oil, eggs and my chocolate chips were all in my apartment already! It was terribly convenient lol
The one thing that is really nice is to do it on a rest week since my workouts aren't as hard. I am calling it a shake up of my metabolism and I feel good about it which is perfect! I really don't like splurging if I'm not really wanting it and it seems almost wasteful I guess. Like eating potato chips and not really tasting them anymore because its your second bag! I taste every cookie and I'm like MMMMMM!!!!
I am following the exercise schedule this week except for tomorrow because x-stretch is a waste of my time. I will do kenpo again. I feel like rest week really makes the week after harder if you don't do interval X 2 times like I did last time lol I am just relaxing and next week I know it's gonna be brutal LOL
Eating junk I feel effects my exercise performance so I prefer to do it on rest days/ or rest week so this was perfect
