thanks Claud.. I was just thinking a bit too... im still eating 1800 calories a day which is what i've been at for a while, since i was about 200 lbs i think.. maybe its about time to move down even by maybe 100 cals? i dunno.. also i just realized that when i weighed myself it was still 178.00 but my body fat percentage went down a few points from about 39.7 to 37.7... maybe the last few days of pain from the 100 jack knife situps i did friday had an effect on my muscle mass... i can dream lol
