In other news ive actually been working out! My H has decided he's going to be "on my ass" every day to make sure i stick to my gaols... he's so sweet

lol so anyway I've been doing some step aerobics for the last 2 days on my very own bottom stair for 20 minutes... leaving my absolutely SOAKED in sweat... then i finish up with 15 minutes stretching in a yoga fashion, lifting my little wights and some push ups... a litte achey this morning but i pushed through day 2 anyway because i dont wanna be a weenie and my H told me I should because it wuld make me feel better... and it is... a little bit more each day
OH I forgot to mention i started taking a multi-vitamin... prenatal to be exact... no... im not pregnant again... then id have to change my SN to Motherof3 and no one would know who I am

... no i was just doing some research and just decided that i could use the extra iron and folate and so on... Who needs a doctor when you have the internet anyway? I prefer to diagnose myself... it's easier that way lol... no appointment necessary lol... anywho since ive been taking them ive noticed my energy going up and my appetite going down (probably since my body isnt striving to get the nutrients i was starving it of i figure). all this for only 10.00 ish a bottle for the no name brand... gotta love that... in my reasearch i also found some added benifits to taking folate too... apparently its good for hair which ive noticed going down hill since the whole dieting thing started...
well my feet are dry i'm gunna go moisturize Em' LOL!Till next time!
