Well I'm having a rotten day... just grumpy I think... Just one of those days where everything seems to be getting under my skin. I'm getting so tired of the crazyness of a mess in my house... were working on redoing our living room and other little things around the house... and in the meantime i've got tool and scraps of material and all kinds of other crap just EVERYWHERE! for the obsessive neatness person I am I've been letting it go pretty well for that last few weeks until its done but today its just plain pissing me off and i want it all to just go away and be done already! maybe i just need to eat lol i havent yet today and i can get quite grumpy when i dont so yeah i better go do that... preferably something smothered in chocolate :p lol

Luckily I dont care for sausage...I love garlic coil and smokies but now I cant handle the fat content and they make me sick so prob solved...

I was really trying to decide if I should hang around or not but I do use my diary for me as my way of staying accountable to me...

However Ive gotten pretty good at making the right choices 90% of the time I would say...

I was really struggling with energy and found out i was anemic as you minght now from facebook, LOL...So since I started taking iron suppliments WOW night and day baby adn im back at it...

 
HEY CERELLA! Iwas just trying to post a reply on facebook about your status, unfortunately I keep getting error messages today when i try to post ANYTHING... Damn Facebook.. But anyway I'm so glad your feeling better And I'm proud of that excersize you got in last night, LETS HEAR IT FOR NOT DYING! lol... I really need to get some motivation going around here to get some excersize in... during summer i kind of prefer to be doing work around the house and yard and the kids are all around ALL the time so its kind of like I dont have a free moment... but at least if i can keep the calorie counting going for now i can still lose some more weight then catch up on the toning in a little while... My daughter does mornings this year so I'm going to have to think up a whole new routine... maybe taking the babe for a walk after we drop lexi off or something then after picking her up i can put him down send her outside or in her room for some quit time and get some strength training in... sounds like a good plan to me lol...
but again I'm so glad your doing better and im sure it will help you out a lot with your mood and everything... thanks for stopping by :)
 
:)Oh it is nice to finally have energy again...I was getting really worried even thought I was depressed but I have no reason to be...Im overally happy for the most part and life is pretty good right now, I assumed I was doing too much cuz I started seeing someone adn started water areobics 3 times a week abt 6 weeks ago and assumed it was just too much at once but I know myself and know what I am capable of:):):)

Will Lexi exercise with you?

Ive always had kids under foot and kids with me pretty much 24/7, I got them both involved with me with as much as possible...yoga areobics you name it...walking with the stroller is great adn I loved it but my lil one is now 5 so we havent done any stroller bashing for awhile, LOL...

I hear ya Im ready to finally get this done...only prob is I dont loose by diet I need to exercise my ass off...I found a nautropath Im gonna vist and talk to abt what might be holding me back physically I beleive for me it is more cuz I have pretty much given it my all for along time...even when I break it is never really fully or outta control...
 
Thats so awesome that you get to be yourself again... its hard being tired all the time when there always so much to be done : /. I hope you get everything else sorted though... as hard as it is to lose weight, it shouldnt be THAT hard...

Lexi likes to excersize with me sometimes but a lot of the time she becomes a bit of a distraction... the girl just never knows when to stop talking when I'm trying to focus, well she never really knows when to stop talking PERIOD lol.. plus theres not a lot of room in the living room in the house im in now between the desk the couch the fish tank my treadmill lol its a little cramped in her for more then one person to be jumping around to a workout dv lol... then when im on the treadmill and the kids are around they have me jumping on and off every 5 minutes because one is doing something they shouldnt or the other is whining because the dog is bugging them or whatever else they can come up with... ha ha kids and focusing on me just dont seem to work out well with eachother... BUT I do have to make a stronger effort to make it work because not doing anything isnt working either lol...

Well, you know me...

I am over at Steve's too, but it is a different kind of place. There has typically been more support for me here in terms of weight loss. Over there it seems to be much more athletically based. Both work, they are just different focuses.

I guess I'm just a forum junkie, because I'm on sparkpeople too.

Yeah it has been quiet here laely. I used to post in mine and have a whole page filled by the time I came back. Now I'm lucky to get a single response. It's okay though. I am doing it to get stuff out there in the open and hopefully that helps me.

In other news ive actually been working out! My H has decided he's going to be "on my ass" every day to make sure i stick to my gaols... he's so sweet :) lol so anyway I've been doing some step aerobics for the last 2 days on my very own bottom stair for 20 minutes... leaving my absolutely SOAKED in sweat... then i finish up with 15 minutes stretching in a yoga fashion, lifting my little wights and some push ups... a litte achey this morning but i pushed through day 2 anyway because i dont wanna be a weenie and my H told me I should because it wuld make me feel better... and it is... a little bit more each day :)

OH I forgot to mention i started taking a multi-vitamin... prenatal to be exact... no... im not pregnant again... then id have to change my SN to Motherof3 and no one would know who I am :p... no i was just doing some research and just decided that i could use the extra iron and folate and so on... Who needs a doctor when you have the internet anyway? I prefer to diagnose myself... it's easier that way lol... no appointment necessary lol... anywho since ive been taking them ive noticed my energy going up and my appetite going down (probably since my body isnt striving to get the nutrients i was starving it of i figure). all this for only 10.00 ish a bottle for the no name brand... gotta love that... in my reasearch i also found some added benifits to taking folate too... apparently its good for hair which ive noticed going down hill since the whole dieting thing started...
well my feet are dry i'm gunna go moisturize Em' LOL!Till next time!

ha ha well I don't about GREAT but I AM doing better :D... (not like YOU Miss marathon!) but i can definately use some results... i havent seen any in like a month now (my own fault of course) but i've had enough of a break, time to ease back into focus! I miss yoga... I havent done a full session yet since i've started back up but the calming stretch is nice!
I'm glad you have a guy who loves you enough that he'll drive you nuts in order to help you succeed:beating: even if it is for his own benifit to not have to hear us whine about how we'de like to be doing better...
LOL I ALWAYS make my own diagnosis... even when I DO go to the doctor I always share my own theories lol... shes asked me a few times now what I think is going on LOL... even with the kids... I'm TRUELY Dr.Mom! :smilielol5:

i havent updated in a bit but trust me calories have been good... too good... i havent really been up to eating lately, especially in the morning/afternoon.... i really have to eat properly again... still not back into excersize... i really just need a moment to myself... im going crazy... thank god school starts in 2 weeks... counting down the days... i need some structure to my life again... I really do need to start getting into serious excersizing again... im losing weight again and saw 169 the day before last but im looking sloppy... my stomach seems to look HUGE to me... everything else is slimming out but i see little to no change in my stomach... sigh... i cant wait for my tummy tuck one day too... the extra skin really isnt doing my efforts justice...
another self confidence destroyer being that my hair seems so thin... i uderstand its normal when losing weight for your hair to thin out but i didnt have thick hair in the first place so its lookin shabby... blah... im gunna go get a drink lol
