I'm unfortunately working most of the weekend (Friday and Saturday)...oh well. I ended up dipping into the beer last night...oops. I'm planning on cutting back in that department.

I am planning on starting the new regime on Monday. Going to the gym, back to karate and packing food for work. Dinners may be a bit of a challege to eat really well, but I'll try my best.

I want to go back to sleep...but I better get ready to go to work. :(

Heehee. You have no idea how many times I've been tempted to dip into the beer this weekend. OHHHH the stress. I'm pretty sure next weekend will result in me yielding to the temptation. :p

Well, I dipped into the beer...let's see...Thursday, Saturday AND Sunday. I definitely drink lots when I'm stressed. How is the studying? Only 4 more days now?

Hmm...I think we were at the same party...



Not one of my better weekends...drank too much beer...had desert...had pizza...and didn't get any exercise in.

But today is a new day! Eating well so far today...and I'm going to karate tonight (after a bit of a hiatus) and I think I'll be joining a gym today and starting my lunchtime workout routine...and I took the stairs this morning...yipee.

I am feeling pretty tired today, though...I was up at 5 and in the office for 6:15 this morning. I've only had 2 coffees and I want to keep it to a max of 5 today. I had my third meal of the day at like 9:15...I'm just starving today.

I made sushi for the first time yesterday...well, maki, technically (with fake crab and cucumber). It was good! And I have some for lunch today after my workout.

I got this sushi kit for Christmas and yesterday was the first time I tried to make it.

Sushi party at my house next weekend! And there will be lots of beer!
 
sushi and beer go so well together... you just gonna do the crab and veggie ones or are you going to go fo the raw fish too? I loveme some raw tuna... :)

youo can get really creative with the stuff you roll up... i've seen so many different things in the nori? :D
 
I need to find a local place to get sushi-grade fish. My favorites are salmon and spicy tuna...mmmm....the spicy tuna hand roll may be a bit of a challege, but I'll just need some practice. Perhaps next weekend I'll try it. Trying to eat more fish these days.
