Gawd....wanna hear what I ate today??? frick! I ate all day !!! lol.
OK here goes. I ate:
Oatmeal with banana in it
1/2 grapefruit
Kashi TLC granola bar
mixture of chicken,roasted green chilis, garlic and peas, with cumin
2 rice akes
2 servings of cottage cheese
1 cup light & Fit yogurt
Mixed Nuts
2 power bars
salad with ceasar dressing
carrots, celery, cauliflower, tomatoes, green pepper, cucumber slices
4 grape sized peanut brittle clusters that my friend had...lol
2...yes...2 chicken/broccoli/cheese Lean Pockets
and at least 96 oz of water...three Nalgene bottles
and that all adds up to 2450 calories.......I can still eat 200 calories and STILL be within my 20% BMR deficit to keep in the two pounds lost a week.!!!

... I entered a Burger King Double Whopper with cheese, king size fries, and a large drink into the FitDay calorie calculator.........lol
...I used to eat that for ONE meal......
...know how many calories it was?
It was almost 2000 calories!!!
some days I ate fast food twice a day!!!
no wonder I got to be a whale......or a herd of whales......
