had a pretty active day today
was pretty mild on the calories: 2350'ish.
Let's back up....."beep beep beep"
Yesterday I took in 3200 calories......and I gained 0.4 lbs at my a.m. weigh-in.......so I think that 3000 is my max intake to maintain at the moment....
OK...so today I had 2350'ish, and I feel pretty good....wasnt hungry at all during the day....(I constantly am munching on something during the day). Ill probably have a protein shake to bring that up a little, and to help build the muscles I burned lifting.
I had my usual hour wwalk in the a.m. then after work today, I had an urge to take a bike ride ! lol....like that ever happened lately....it was great ! went for about 45 minutes.....then when I got home, I did some weights,, and beat the crap out of the heavy bag.
Note to self: I really need to get disciplined at the weight lifting.....I did some leg curls and extensions tonight along with bench presses and arm curls...but I have no real regiment......I need to start working in sets and body targets.
anyway,
Its shower time, then realx before bed.
