Hello! In the new year, I plan to make training regular, no more skipping, and preferably not getting sick. I like your challenge, I want to join it!
 
If you want to join, you're in :) How often would you say "regular " training is? Having specific goals makes it easier to see how well you're sticking to them.
 
That´s just fine. Not New Year until then. I just know I´ll have an easier time of it if I build up to it.
 
Didn´t count along with my squats today because I was watching other people but there were definitely more than 60. Tomorrow´s squats are going to hurt.
 
120 squats today. Won´t be taking a full rest tomorrow but won´t be counting the squats either.
