I am very proud to say that I have finally gotten out of the 240s.  It has been half a year since I got under 250 and I have been bobbing around the 240s range ever since.  Right now I am 239 lbs.!  I am so so happy.  FINALLY.
The calorie counting IS helping in addition to the 18hr intermittant fasting, only drinking water, and limited food options.  To be honest, I didn't think I would be able to handle all of this, but I AM able to.  It mostly took a leap of faith to try the calorie counting, but since Cate and other people suggested it, and I trust all of you, I decided to open my mind and try it.  It is something that is really bringing results for me, and I feel like it is a sustainable weight loss method for me.  Thank you, guys.  
Next mini-goal 220s!  Omg, I can't believe I just said that.  It has been years since I wad in the 220s.  Can't wait!
