Hi, Rob. G's a great cook & we spend most of our money on good food.
Hi, Liza. We have only 3 types of snakes in Tasmania, all venomous, but mostly shy & not aggressive unless you tread on them or they are protecting their young.
- Tiger snake - Notechis scutatus
- Lowland copperhead - Austrelaps superbus
- White-lipped snake - Drysdalia coronoides
Hi, Amy. Oak trees for the win indeed. Maybe I should make more of an effort to love my legs! I'm going to work on that
There's a reason sacred trees were often oaks. Yay for strength!
Hi, LaMa. I agree. Yay for strong legs. I have been doing squats again & am going to do some work on my legs to strengthen them even more.
Mine have gone from being baobab to oak, willows they will never be.
Hi, Rob. Mine will never be willows either, but we can be happy to have oaks.
Hi, Petal. Some people are just plain rude. It's ok for us to say that we have sturdy legs, but not for others to do so.
OK. I had a really good day yesterday & got out twice for walks. I did some squats in the morning & am going to incorporate them into my day along with a bit of Qi Gong.
