Hey guys, I'm gonna go back to this account and diary. I just wasn't liking the other one. Sorry, I'm a pain in the butt.
Ok to recap:
Starting weight on July 10 was 232. Weight July 17 was 224. Weight today was 228, but I also started my TOM and caved and ate some carbs(my calories were still fine) the last couple days, so I'm sure I'm retaining some water right now.
I also had mentioned in the other diary that I was getting a lymph node checked out, and that the doctor had taken my white blood cell count ....That all came back
normal! So that's good!
My left hip has been giving me trouble the last week or so. I went on Pinterest last night and found this stretch with the foam roller:

I was doing that last night at like 1 am.

Let me tell you ....oh my gosh... it feels soooooooo good. haha! I've done other hip flexor stretches, but this one takes the cake..... mmm cake. (NO..no cake!) Anyway, I finally got some relief last night, and it still feels better this morning. I will definitely be doing that from now on.
Not much going on today. I just need to work. I would also like to start a new art project, but I don't know what yet. I've been dabbling with watercolor and markers lately. I usually use graphite(pencil), so using color is a nice change of pace. I did a couple small, quick projects, but I'd like to start something more in depth. It helps keep me busy in my spare time.... it also keeps me from stuffing my face.
