Lift, Train, Fitness

Scan went ok, everything normal, no internal scan this time :)

Electricity will be going off shortly, no power for 7 hour = no water, phone, internet etc. could not get the generator to start last night :(

Had a Dr appointment today, all of my bloodwork came back perfect including my Vit D which means I am finally taking enough supplement. He is very happy with progress and can see no reason to think that I won't go full term this time.

I have another scan in two week to check that everything is growing at the right pace.

at this point in time the estimated due date is on my middle sons birthday.

it is very frustrating to have my exercise levels so restricted under doctors orders, but taking no chances at all this time. At least I can still coach but doing demonstrations is out, just means I have to work harder on my verbal skills more lol

On duty for sports medicine today, not sure if I will make it through the day, the sickness is hitting me bad, which I am taking as a good sign.

not hungry but need to snack on almonds to stop myself from vomiting.

Tru I don't how you can get through the day with morning sickness & not munch on crackers. Have you discussed with your doctor that you are on a very low carb diet? I hope this sickness goes away soon!

Almonds are good for morning sickness, crackers or ginger do nothing for me lol, after 3 kids all of which I was sick the entire time, I have tried all of the usual ideas for the sickness, none of which were ever effective.

The added benefit of the almonds is also the high fibre content, lol which helps counter one of the other major symptoms of pregnancy, constipation.

I just don't like needing to continuously snack especially without an appetite.

I have my bag of nut and I WILL get through the day, I won't need to lift patients, there is always plenty of others around that can follow basic instructions lol

I find almonds´ mouth feel unpleasant and I don´t care for their taste unless they´re really fresh (which around here is never) but that´s not to say they´re not awesome. Glad you found something which at least helps a bit, Tru and I hope you won´t have too much to do. As much for your sake as that of the athletes :)

well, I made it through the day, had to vomit while I was at the supermarket before my shift, but made it to the ladies room on time, started to feel ok about half way through. Had 2 players needing to be stretchered off the field within 5 minutes of each other in the same game. A bit frustrating not doing any of the carrying but it all worked out in the end.

the first few games in the season always have high injury rates because of a lot of unfit players however it is never good having to deal with injured kids. son and hubby were fine in their games, and I am yet to find out about another player I have been coaching (targeting injury prevention) because his team was playing away from home yesterday.

feeling sick again this morning, enough to wake me up early.

Today has been a bad day, cannot keep anything down, no energy.

Orange juice is the worst to bring back up :(

just trying to stay hydrated

Super sick again this morning, considering that I was like this for the whole time with each of my boys, I am beginning to feel confident that this pregnancy will go the distance.

just trying to keep enough water down.
