This is a great exercise to increase core stability and strength.
- Starting on your knees, place your forearms on the balance board. Look down at the floor.
- Engage your core, and lift your knees off the floor, keeping your elbows directly underneath your shoulders. Your body should be in a straight line. Keep your core engages and maintain normal breathing.
Hold for 10-60 seconds, rest, then repeat the exercise if desired.
