This stretch is great if you are working out with another person, or stretching before a team sport. It requires two people, but helps to stretch out the inner thigh and also the back muscles.
- Start this stretch by sitting across from one another with your legs stretched out and your feet touching. Arms should be joined together forming a circle.
- One person leans back pulling the other persons arms. This causes the other person to lean forward. Ensure that your back stays as straight as possible. Make sure to do this exercise slowly. Hold for 3-5 seconds.
- Return to start position, and switch positions.
- Suggested reps: 3-5 per person. Do not let your back arc as this causes undo strain on the structures of your spine.
