  • Thomas Light Whole Grain English muffin
  • 2 tablespoons shredded 2% sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1.5 tablespoon Fat free cottage cheese
  • 1.5 tablespoon tomato sauce


  1. Lightly toast English muffin
  2. Spoon 1 tb shredded cheese on each half of the muffin.
