Healthy Holiday Eggnog

A delicious, healthy alternative to calorie-packed store bought eggnog.


  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 cup fat-free creamer
  • 2 tbs sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg, cinnamon, or pumpkin spice


  1. Pour ingredients into a container, mixing until thickened.
  2. Cover egg nog and allow to chill for at least 2 hours.
  3. Top each glass of eggnog with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top or add a dollop of fat-free, sugar-free whipped topping.
