This is a quick and easy snack that is low in fat and great for any time of the day.
- 2 ripe avocados
- squeezed juice from 1/2 a lime
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp chopped red onion
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 40 unsalted rice crackers
- In a medium sized bowl, mash avocado with a fork.
- Add the cumin, cilantro, red onion, salt and pepper.
- Mix together.
- Put into a serving dish and accompany dip with rice crackers.
