Guacamole and Rice Crackers

This is a quick and easy snack that is low in fat and great for any time of the day.


  • 2 ripe avocados
  • squeezed juice from 1/2 a lime
  • 1/8 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp chopped red onion
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 40 unsalted rice crackers


  1. In a medium sized bowl, mash avocado with a fork.
  2. Add the cumin, cilantro, red onion, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix together.
  4. Put into a serving dish and accompany dip with rice crackers.
