- 2 cups shredded carrot
- 1 cup canned crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 (8-oz) container plain non-fat yogurt
- Combine carrots, pineapple and raisins in a small bowl. Add yogurt and mix well.
