  • 2 cups shredded carrot
  • 1 cup canned crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 (8-oz) container plain non-fat yogurt


  1. Combine carrots, pineapple and raisins in a small bowl. Add yogurt and mix well.
  2. Serve.
