Bye Bye Butter Stuffing

Goes great with any meat plus its almost zero in fat! (Adapted from Campbell Soup Company)


  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c onions, chopped
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 6 ozs Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 3/4 c water
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 325. Prepare a 11" x 7" casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a large saucepan, cook celery and onions until tender. Add stuffing, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Gradually pour in chicken broth and water until stuffing is slightly moistened. Place mixture into prepared dish. Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through
