you should try eating five smaller meals throughout the day. instead of four.
I have tried eating 5 times a day, but it's harder for me to stick to it. and, for me at least, is annoying having to put together 5 meals instead of 3.
Well, I have several reasons, but let's just say I prefer to eat 3 times a day.
