Alarm went off and as my new and HEALTHY routine, I get on my work out gear and hop to it! Then head upstairs to make lunches. I'm brining a left over crab cake that I made! Low cal but full of flavor. The weather is supposed to be nice later today, so I may try to mow the front yard as I never got around to it yest.
