Have some chores to do today. Slept in a little (730am lol). Knocked out 45min on the NT- I aint messing around now more. I will do 45 min the rest of the work week, and possibly Sat too even tho its the day of my Anniversary.

Good to know! Now maybe I won't think I keep gaining weight!

There's no way you could gain 7lbs of fat in a few hours time. You'd have to eat over 24,000 calories to do so..lol. The extra weight is just food you've eaten and water/fluids you've drunk. My weight is always about 5lbs higher at night--which I why I always follow mom2's weighing method. :D

Nice job on the food and exercise, Yarm!

I am so right there with you. Every minute counts at my house.
Your exercise is looking good. Keep your chin up and forget that scale. We know that they are all as finicky as the weatherman! You just never know if it is telling you the truth!

Another motivated day. A little sleepy getting up, but did get upa nd do 45 min on the NT. I have incorporated some new arm moves while on the NT that work the triceps and shoulders.

I also took a short walk over lunch, but counting that only as a bonus exercise.

BURN baby BURn!!! I'm taking no prisoners with the exercise. Again today, got up at 6am, and knocked out 45min on the NT. I know I must be creating a new habit because although I'm dead tired (which is a good effect from the exercise as I was not sleepign well before), instead of hitting the snooze it's like I'm almost sleep walking putting on my workout clothes and shoes! :smilielol5:

Ok, OK . . . so I peeked at the scale after my 45 min stint on the NT this am . . . -2lbs!Now THATS what I'm talking about! I hope to maintain this loss for weigh in on Monday, but wouldn't bother me if I lost even a little more. All this cardio is paying off! The party is tomorrow, and I still plan to workout and plan to be smart when it comes to my food intake as well- don't wanna blow such a good week!

Saturday April 19th

So, today's the big day! I did sleep in a little, till 8 30 am and just got off a 45 min ride on the NT. I have to shower, go to the salon to get my hair done and be at church at 12:30pm. I expect everything will run smoothly.

I plan on being smart and will do best to estimate my calories. I will be sure to jot down what I ate on paper so I can transfer to my tracker by tomorrow- I need to track all calories for the bonus build on points in the challenge.

I'll be sure to post sometime tomorrow about how everything went!

Sunday April 20th

What a wonderful time!
The weather was great, the food was great, the band was great. The ceremony was beautiful.

As far as how this effected my weightloss journey, I think I did very well! I got up yesterday and did do another 45min on the NT. For breakfast I had a lite english muffin with a slice of cheese. At the reception I had one small garden salad, and a small plate of food: 2 slices of beef, 1/2 chicken breast with stuffing, roasted potatoes and steamed veggies. 1 small slice of cake as well. I was craving something sweet by the time we got to our hotel room so I got a cupcake sized chocolate cake with 1 scoop of icecream. Pretty certain all that goodis well under 1500 calories, and if no . . oh well, you only have a 20 anniversary once(lets hope lol).

Today we slept in a little and ate an early lunch. I got a BLT on whole wheat with no mayo and some fries. I will have a light dinner as I splurged on the fries.

I expect to see a loss on the scale tomorrow even with out the most perfect weekend!

I'll take it . . . a loss of 1.6lbs

I got up and took care of the girls, then came home and did my 45min on the NT. I have alot of errands today, AND it's hubby's birthday. Will likely check in later.

OK, have a few minutes before I have to run out again and do the grocery shopping. I got the exercise out early as usual, then headed out to Lowe's to shop for a new shed. While there I picked up a shepherd's hook, birdfeeder and solar lantern to put at my parents gravesite. Then I headed to Applebee's for lunch: the Shrimp & spinach salad was delicious! (and low cal) Then it was off to Kohl's to pick up hubby a birthday present- got him 2 shorts and 2 t-shirts and also picked up 3 more sports bra's for me. I need more as I am now working out 5-6 days a week. Final stop at TARGET to pick up a skort for my daughter, a DVR thing for the other daughter's school project and some treats to go with hubby's birthday.

I actually bought 2 dresses and decided on this one because it sort of matches hubby's outfit. Both are wrap style dresses, and supposed to flatter a bigger chest.

I can't believe how well you did on your 20th anniversary, that was better than I know I would have done, and you even had cake that day. WOW CONGRATS!!:party:

So your a NT girl huh?? I have never tried one of those, even though we have several at our gym. I'll have to make a point and give it a shot!

Way to go on the pound down, with the working out and low calories, I can see you've earned it that's for sure!!

Well I hope you got some yard work in today before the weather got bad, it's been overcast here all day,but luckily no rain, we have had a lot lately.
