Okay so this is how the day worked out
CALORIES CARBS FAT PROTEIN
Totals: 1,198 123 32 65
Whew! I thought for sure I'd be over 1200!! Although they say it is good to consume at least a minimum of 1200 calories and I am a little beneath that...not sure if I should go for 1250 or 1300.

. I remember I ate a plain croissant for breakfast and had salads the rest of the day and this one counsellor circled the croissaint with a red pen in my diary like 20 times O_O I seriously asked her what her problem was! Croissant Police

But still within the range I wanted so it's fine. I also managed to drink 8 glasses of water so that's good
