We all snack emotionally from time to time. You've been pretty consistent with your workouts, so don't feel too bad. Hang in there

I think I'm going to go to the store and pick up some green tea extract to act as an appetite suppressant. Last night was more of emotional snacking.
Guess who didn't have McDonald's tonight...mmhmm.

Today was soooo good! Well, actually my food was pretty bad. But not in a high calorie way. I just ate a lot of processed crap, and a lot of carbs.
Tonight I am at about 132!![]()
I am thrilled. I went on a 40 minute run also.
Also, I'm starting to do a youtube vlog thing of my progress. I have a few videos already, but here is the link if you wanna see them!
