Wittbound's Diary

haha well ya know what they say about men and multi-tasking. :)

I'm not running. :( I put it off today, and then last minute I had to go deposit some checks. I need to do something, however, so I'm thinking that tonight I am going to jump rope in my garage.

It's been 2 days since I've posted here, but it feels like it's been forever. haha

I've been pretty busy these past 2 days, so at least I have an excuse. Plus, I've really been focusing on doing vlogs on youtube.

I didn't run yesterday or today, unfortunately. But yesterday I had soccer practice, and today I walked around a water park all day.

Diets been okay...not great though.

Ahh Kristi alas, it's you :) I feel like its been ages since we've last spoken, hehe...

Sounds like you've been pretty busy lately, and I had a helluva week this past one... Congrats on hitting 132 a few days ago. That is terrific!!! :D

Hang in there,
Sam

So Kristi... weirdest thing ever happened to me the night before last. I had a dream about you! Don't get creeped out I swear I don't have a crush on you haha. Anyways, I was staying at your house which for some reason was in Vermont. And you didn't know I was staying there and in the morning I saw you and I was like oh hey I'm adeon from WLF. Then we started talking about bagels and whatnot. Then your mom drove up to toronto to see my mom cus she had appearantly sold our house. I dunno... weird though eh? hahaha. Well I hope all is well with you.

hahahahaha that's hillarious! We talked about bagels. Oh man...you just made my day.

sorry I haven't been here for so long. I have been doing so so soooo terribly. :( Well, maybe not that bad. I haven't run for the past like 5 days, and yesterday my diet went out the door.

Today, however, I am going to run, and I am going to eat very well. So I'll report back later, after work!

We miss you around here!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Kristi! I miss seeing another Kristi around here! Hope all is well! You have done so well and I know you can do this!!! Keep going strong! :auto: You are worth it!

~Kristi~

Thank you Kristi! What a great comment to come back to.

Well, there are some goods and some bads. I guess I'll start with the bads since that's what you're supposed to do.

*I haven't been working out consistently
*I've been eating like crap
*I'm back around 135
*Eric left for college, and I've been mildly depressed

Now, for the goods...

*I think, not 100% positive though, that I ran my 2 mile in 13:45 yesterday
*I've enjoyed the end of my summer (minus the first few days after eric left)
*I go to college on Saturday
*I'm excited to lose a whole lot of weight before I see Eric again

The first day that Eric left was hell for me. I just had this sick feeling in my stomach, like I was never going to see him again. He's playing football at Toledo, so between that and my soccer schedule I have no idea when the next time I will see him is. :(

But like I said above...this gives me lots of time to lose some weight before I see him again. I'm at 135ish right now. I've got 4 more days of running before I go to school. I'm not really sure how things are going to work once I get to Witt, but I know that I have 2-a-days like 2 days after I get there. I'll be working hard right off the bat!

My biggest concern though is my diet. The buffet style cafeteria is going to be my enemy. As long as I can stay halfway decent with my eating, the soccer should be enough for me to start losing weight, I hope! Im also hoping that I wont have time to eat a lot. I'm filling my fridge (not that there's much room to fill haha) with healthy snacks, and I'm getting lots of bananas.

What else...oh, the 2 mile! So yesterday I went out to an actual track to do my 2 mile. I used my ipod stopwatch to time myself, and at the end it said 13:45. Exciting! But the thing that worries me is that it's so easy to hit pause and then resume on the ipod, and I hold it in my hand when I run. I feel like I may have done that without realizing, and I'm getting a time that could have even been 2 minutes faster than what I actually ran.

That's why I am going to take an actual stopwatch today, and just put it down at the start/finish. Pray that it's around 13:45! haha

Other than that, I have been shopping a lot, hanging out with my friends, and my new favorite thing...watching the olympics! The best thing so far was the USA men's swimming team last night in the 4 x 100 relay! Truly inspirational! Their reactions/celebration almost made me cry. lol I'm a loser, I know.

Okay well, I plan on keeping up with this again. Hope everyone else has been successful!!

Hey Kristi!

Nice to see ya on here. That's great about the 13:45 mile you ran, I bet it's the real deal.

I've been watching the Olympics too. That Michael Phelps is very inspirational, and easy on the eyes :) The relay was really cool to watch. I watched the one a couple nights before with Dara Torres and it was cool too.

Sounds like you've got your work cut out for you before you head up to school and once your up there. You'll do great :)
