It sounds like you just really need to educate yourself in physiology. No, everybody has a Basal Metabolic Rate, that is the rate at which your body burns calories without any sort of motion, and typically it's around 1,000-1,500 calories daily, this does not include moving, or thinking. By the end of the day you prob have burned around 2,000 calories. You don't each caloric dense food so you are actually expending more than you are taking in leading to a caloric defecit making you use fat as energy which is not good in your case. You NEED that extra energy to grow...period. You wont get fat if you eat a frosty, its a simple sugar that is used up very quickly and it will not be stored as fat, it will most likely be stored as glycogen in the liver and muscle cells.
