What do you guys see

Hey guys My mind is messed up i always see my-self bad and big. So im posting a pic and i want to know what u guys see that i don't. Some backround is that im 16 year old male with a fast mesablism and well what do you guys think for this pic?

umm... wth are you talking about? stop typing and worrying. You might be malnourished, you must weigh 100lbs. Go get yourself a big bag of trail mix and a whole wheat turkey sandwich...now.
 
Seriously, dude? If this isn't a troll job then you need some serious counceling. Emaciated in no way looks big. Ridiculous.
 
Yea

I know i eat whole wheat stuff every day and no joke i do have a bag of trailmix i eat. The thing is i look at my self bad witch makes me watch what i eat thats y im so thin and when i eat more and not care i see my self as not fat but bigger.

SO really what do you see? My parents say they see a toned/cut 16 year old r they right? My dad being a physiatrist he helps me but i still don;t beleive anyone I'm just searching for the truth.
 
I see somebody who probably has a low BMI (which can be good) you're not deathly skinny like some Ethiopian, toned: yes. But not large or fat or big under any condition. You could benefit from a more caloric dense diet to say it in a nutshell..you look maybe 10 lbs underweight, luckily that is easy and fun to change.

I really want to gain 5 pounds and i need to for lacrosse. But i have the worlds FASTEST metabilism in the WORLD i think and i eat all they healthyest stuff and still nothing not a darn pound at all
 
Yeah, healthy doesn't mean calorie dense. Quite opposite. anyways, I'm not saying go eat McDonalds, bad idea. you should prob shoot for 4,000 calories a day, up the caloric intake by 200 every two days until you're comfortable.

Yeah but the thing i guess I'm stuck on is if i up my calories would'nt i get bigger/fatter and i don't want that i want to look toned and flat.
This is normal day eating at high school:
Breakfast:esa myoplax
Lunch:all the food is un healthy but i usally have chicken or a bagel and water and a health bat
Dinner: i have a trucky sandwitch with cheese
So i need to gain 5 pounds but still stay good looking and tone.. i work out every tuessday and thursday
 
calories don't=Fat
Calories= Energy
Energy, you use a lot of
You need more of.
You will not get fat if you workout
You will only become more muscular making you look more lean

Yes but if i dont use that energy it turns in to fat right? and i just had a frosty and i feel like im getting bigger already! so i wrry to much about how i look i wish i just can see what other people see me like. i see my self as visible 4 pack and big obquese and no lower ab so idk what i have to do i cant get thinner but i need to stay in shape and look flat and toned. and gain wieght i think its imposisble

It sounds like you just really need to educate yourself in physiology. No, everybody has a Basal Metabolic Rate, that is the rate at which your body burns calories without any sort of motion, and typically it's around 1,000-1,500 calories daily, this does not include moving, or thinking. By the end of the day you prob have burned around 2,000 calories. You don't each caloric dense food so you are actually expending more than you are taking in leading to a caloric defecit making you use fat as energy which is not good in your case. You NEED that extra energy to grow...period. You wont get fat if you eat a frosty, its a simple sugar that is used up very quickly and it will not be stored as fat, it will most likely be stored as glycogen in the liver and muscle cells. Now go get yourself another frosty...

No prob, buddy. I would start by choosing more caloric dense foods. heres how it works.

Carbohydrates yeild 4 calories per gram

Protein yeilds 4 calories per gram

Fat yeilds 9 calories per gram.

Diets typically look like 40-20-40
Carb-Fat-Protein ratio

Look on the back of your foods, if they don't have at least 400 calories, it's not a complete meal.
if they have less than 400, add something to that meal. For example, EAS protein shake will yeild I think 250-300 calories? add oatmeal or yougart.

After you figure this out, eat 6 meals a day. Not 3

whole milk is very calorie dense..also "instant breakfast" made by nestle I think is good to supplement WITH a meal.

You prod don't need to much water unless your exercsing or just finished exercising. RIght after workout also have a protein shake on hand, or else in order to replenish the energy you lost it will catabolize protein through a process called gluconeogenisis, which will limit muscle gain.
 
Ok so that is helpful and makes sense this is a lot to ask from you but this will help me alot do you think you can make up a good meal plan for like a day if possible? I wake up at 6 and have to get to school at 6:45 so i have that time for breakfast then i have classes and school lunch if you can remeber back to school lunch they well suck and not good for you so ill try anything for lunch then more classes and i get off then i eat a small snack at my house and do homework. then i have dinner so if you can make a good meal plan that would be just amazing if you can.

Ps: i get free esa myoplex every week

Breakfast: 2 cups of oatmeal, handfull of almonds, Glass of whole milk

Snack: Eas myoplex

Lunch: 9 grain wheat turkey sandwich with baked potato chips

Snack: eas myoplex or some sort of multigrain bar approx. 200-300 calories

Dinner: Fish and fetuccini with olive oil

These are just rough draft. You might need to speak to a nutritionist, I'm a weight loss consultant but I've had the same problem as you trying to gain weight, it probably wouldent be a bad idea to invest in a weight gainer powdeer

You say you have a fast metabolism but then post this diet

Try squashing that daily diet together and having it for breakfast. Is that maybe 1,000 kcals a day? Try eating 2,500 to 3,000 a day for a while and see how you go.

I thought you were just a troll when I first saw your picture and the claim you thought you were fat but I see now that you seem genuine so I'm gonna have to chip in here and cut away some of the BS.

You are skinny, very very painfully skinny, and most probably dangerously unhealthy. I'd want to see you add another 40-50lbs at least before you even began to think about 'toning up'. You're looking like a Red Cross appeal for donations right now and that really isn't healthy or attractive to anyone so eat and lift some more.

Thanks for the help guys and I'm not a troll just saying I'm a 5'6 105 pound 16 year old and I worry about my image and what my body looks like my dad worrys thinking Im turning anerexix but I'm not. So really what can I do to get that couple extra pounds and still look in shape not big that's what I'm going though it's hard for me cause I have a fast metebilosm and I want to gain a couple pounds but I can't I don't go to the gym alot only like I guess once a week and with lacrosse coming up Im going to be running nonstop and I'm afreid that I will lose even more wieght with that. So I still need to be fast but I don't know please help
 
Buddy, just really, really up the calories...you have NOTHING to worry about, eat as much as you can, get two of everything. two frosties, two burgers, two fries, two fish fillets, two glasses of milk...
