What do you guys see

So what

Ok im over it kinda you guys might here from he later but like before i go back to the pic what do i really look like to all viewers? dont just say skinny teen acurally tell me what you guys see like how many abs r visible what my obqueis look like. like that it will help me A LOT please. thank you guys
 
Yeah, you ummm will have way cooler abs if you eat more and then workout. You should prob talk to your dad more, this problem seems more of a psychological one than a diet problem.
 
I see a very nicely toned 4 pack of abs, not quite a six pack. You seem to have an extremely low body fat percentage. I see your rib cage, and some other bones. You don't have much of a chest, very scrawny, add some weight man, if you up the calories you can add muscle to your whole body, including your abs, which will make them even more impressive.
 
see thats what i want to hear something like that and thank you what set of abs is not visible my lower abs and yes i know i have bones sticking out and everything you think if i work my chest up it will help? also r they good set of abs or a little of skim and fat covering them

Your lower abs aren't as defined as the others, but it's not that big of a deal, it's hard because your rib cage sticks out. Up your calories by a bit, and do general workouts, like push ups and leg lifts. Leg lifts can be an amazing ab workout, especially for the lower abs. But you can't add more mass or do much unless you eat more. Pushups will help with your chest if you don't have access to a gym, bench press would be optimal in my opinion. But most importantly eat more, it will make you look better in the long run.
 
Ok but the top 4 abs r like in good shape and looking good nothing covering them and hows my love handles/ obqueis this is my last question ha so thank you all sooo soo so much ill keep you guys up dated
 
You have generally no fat covering anything man. Very defined obliques and everything, my main suggestion would me to just add some muscle to your body in general.

Forget about abs, abs only look good if a guy has muscle and you barely have any. I hate to be this critical to someone with obvious body image problems but it doesn't like the message has got through to you yet. Your abs will mean nothing unless you add at least 50lbs to your frame, you look like you have Aids or something. Abs being that desirable is half myth anyway, when I was skinny with great abs I never got a second look from womne, but when my abs had almost gone but my arms and chest got big I got a hell of a lot more attention.

Gointo any card shop and look at the calendars for women, all the guys will have abs but they'll also have muscular bodies too. You need to stop obsessing about abs, lift big, eat big and get big, then worry about abs if you want
 
This is my third day haveing a wendys frosty. And im feeling bigger so what ever. But i want to gain weight but the thing is i dont want to get i still want to stay in shape thats what im getting at
 
You will stay in shape, what's happening is you're not TAKING ADVANTAGE of your metabolism. you're letting your metabolism get the best of you while it eats away your muscle and fat, as opposed to eating everything and gaining muscle and still BURNING FAT, you are lucky, you workout and you will gain muscle not fat...so go eat eat eat and lift lift lift
