Oh man the site is dead today. Oh well. I woke up this morning and had trouble getting out of bed AGAIN!!! I am really glad tomorrow is the weekend. I just want to get the hell outta here. Lucky for all you Americana's that have today off. I am very jealous, but I did just have a 6 day vacation (was supposed to be 5) so I can't really complain.
I seem to just not have any energy to do anything in the morning. Then after around 1:30, I feel energetic and ready to start my day. I am generally not a morning person so that's probably why it's been tough to get back into my routine.
I DID go to the gym this morning though. I dragged my ass there. I was so drained for the first 15 minutes on the treadmill and then afterwards I was like powering my way through it. Everytime I get to the 15 minute mark, I start counting down to when I am done running. It makes me have a little more stamina and drive to get through it. The ab exercises were realllly tough. I wanted to keel over and die. I didn't have the energy. Probably because of my low cals yesterday with my soup detox.
I am on day two of the detox, and I have not cheated. I was cooking my veggies last night for today and to see if they were good well, I put an onion in my mouth and chewed it and then spit it out haha. Anyways, so today is soup and veggies day. I have been craving carby foods here and there. Muffins, cookies, bagels, anything. Though tonight, I am allow to have a baked potato with butter

That should tie me over.
Day 5 and 6 are beef days, and you can only sub in the beef for fish on one of the days, so I am going to the organic butcher on lunch to pick up some deer and organic chicken. I am soooo fucking excited to eat those damn steaks it's not even funny. I am going to pick up some more organic meats too so I can have them when I feel up for meat. I also found this place that sells buffalo and ostrich, I am really stoked about that because I have never tried either of thems.
Oh I managed to grab a green tea today to cure my tired. I have never had green tea before, and I put just a little skim milk in it. It was actually really good. Something I may consider drinking more often.
Meals today:
Breakfast: Soup
Snack: Cucumbers w/ a little salt
Lunch: Soup and sauteed veggies (fried in water: red, orange, yellow pepps, onion, zucchini, mushroom, garlic. Added worchestire, little seasoning salt, pepper, little soya, hot sauce, and jerk powder)
Snack: 4 pickles
Dinner: Soup and BAKED POTATO W/BUTTER
Oh yea, so I jumped on the scale today and yesterday it read 142.2, which I mentioned was probably a false high because of my late heavy dinner. This morning, I weighed in at 139.4. So I probably lost almost 2 lbs (if my actual weight was aroung 141.) I am not going to move my ticker so hah!. Oh and after day three, the detox says I should have lost 5-7 lbs, so we'll see if I hit that on Sunday. The detox says that by the end you should have lost 10-17 lbs. I know that when I go back to my eating most of this will come back, but if I can be down to maybe 134 and keep that, I'll be happy. I am just really scared that I will jump back up to 144 or something. AHHH!!
Anyways, gotta change the biohazardous garbages.
I am really sorry for always writing so long. Just have lots to say. And thanks for taking the half hour out of your day to read it
