Ahh another Friday has arrived!!

I am in a good mood today. I finished my abnormal psych course yesterday. The exam went much better than I thought it would. The 7 hours of studying paid off

I went to bed as soon as I got home yesterday (9:30 ish) and today I feel pretty energized. I had another great workout. I ran 5.5 mph on the treadmill and did all my other regular stuff. I added 5 crunches to each set of 25 for a total of 30. My legs are VERY sore now. My car broke last night though which sucks. Still driveable, but I'll have to get it fixed tomorrow. The exhaust pipe has come loose near the front of the car. So I was driving down the highway with my windows down because the inside smelt like exhaust fumes and I didn't want to die of carbon monoxide poisoning, and my car sounding like an F15 fighter jet. ugh!!
On a positive note, today was weigh in day. I am more than happy to report that the scale said 140.2 this morning

I have lost about 3 lbs this week. Not sure if that's high or something. I think I'm just having a good week. And it's weird cus I was having such a hard time losing the weight and now its more than happy to come off. Like I said earlier in the week... I think my body has reached the equallibrium between muscle gain and fat losss, so now I should be losing steadily.
Oh yea... my stomach is getting flatter and flatter!!!!!!!! I looked in the mirror today and thought that I could confidently wear a bikini THIS WEEKEND if I wanted. I look good standing, but I always get concerned about sitting and bending and how much my stomach will roll. So today I scrunched my tummy up and it didn't look too bad. I'm thrilled!! I even wore a tight workout shirt to the gym today instead of my usual band T.
I'm not sure what dinner will be tonight but I think I have an idea so I'm going to write what I think I'll be eating.
Meals:
Breakfast: Fibre One cereal w/ sliced almonds, raisins and skim milk and vanilla yogurt - 330 cal
Snack: Trail mix - 213 cal
Lunch: Salmon sandwich on multigrain bread - 410 cal
Snack: 3 strawberries and an apple - 92 cal
Dinner: Fillet of fish (probably catfish) and some zucchini (probably 2) - 222 cal
Total: 1400 approx
Next week I am going to buy myself a dress and two bikinis. I can't wear the same bikini all weekend haha. I have to face yet another weekend of trying not to drink. I think I can manage though. It will all be worth it in the end and next weekend I'm going to be drinking plenty so I will just wait it out.
