college stress? Check! Scale stress? Check! Smoking stress? Not anymore.... but it wasn't that long ago...
Hey Amanda... Take a deep breath and relax hun... take a coupld days for yourself if you can during your break before you start stressing out over school again.
BTW, there is never a time where stress is NOT going to be a factor when quitting cigarettes... You have to make the decision to do it when it is right for you.
The only thing I urge is that you do it sooner, rather than later in your life. I did it for 25 years and it is costing me dearly now.
Yes I have stress.. and I know lots of other ppl have more stressful things going on and I don't like to have pity parties for myself.. but I just can't find a good way to deal with it yet.. and thats the thing about my break I thought I would have time to calm down but I have been SOO Busy since it started.. Tomorrow I get a day off but I have so much today and I just don't know how I'm gonna get all that done.. ugh.. and yes quitting smoking will never be easy but after school is over this semester I will have a lot less stress so I think it will be a little bit easier then.. So I'M QUITTING THIS SUMMER!! FOR SURE!! Thanks so much for stopping by and for the advice! It means so much!!

Thanks Relly!! I just need to find time to deal with things I guess.. Idk what's going on with me.. I'm never the one that's usually stressed out.. but this semester has just got me crazy!! I need to figure something out!! and Yes I've been looking for you on mess but haven't seen you lately.. and I've just been too busy to get on much too.. and yep I'm a smoker have been for like 5 or 6 years.. and need to quit.. I think the first thing you need is a long nap...That always works wonders. Then pick one little thing that you are worried about...Just a little one and do something to make it better...Then you will feel better. Then you may feel like adressing another thing or you may need another nap. Just baby step yopurself to a better place friend. Dont neglect your health. (mental and physical)
I do need to take baby steps but my stress thats really getting to me is from school and thats just never ending.. everything else I can usually deal with.. I just have to start somewhere and soon... And I'm gonna work on taking that nap.. lol thanks Brawny!!
