Day 14
Well No weigh-in this morning.. not bc i woke up late bc i just felt like poop.. but ill do it tomorrow just gives me extra day.. well actually.. weighing in on tues would have been a full week.. monday was cutting a day off..but like i said i have extra time on monday mornings.. but it really didn't bother me.. i actually had breakfast.. a grapefruit (yummy)... didn't pack my lunch not bc i was running behind.. i wanted subway for lunch which i just finished.. cold cut trio on flat bread>> have you had the flat bread its really good!! and baked lays chips.. so far i've used 16 points for the day.. but i still have to have supper so ill stay in my points today... but when i get off work im going to get on that treadmill maybe 4 miles today?? idk.. i have to decide but last night i really wasn't too tired after the 3 miles just bored.. lol but anyways today so far so good.. and its going to stay that way.. also I can notice my jeans are getting a lil baggy.. i know i haven't lost much weight but they werent tight at all to start w and lil baggy actually i don't like tight jeans.. but i can take them off without unbuttoning them.. woot woot also i want to brag some more I'll doing do great not eating the food at my job.. I work in a coffee shop.. we have coffee, latte, chai, smootie, blended coffee, pastries, donuts, and the list goes on.. I haven't been tempted all all by the food.. although the chai tea, lattes have been tempting since it's getting cold out.. they aren't horrible in pts.. i figured it up and to bad.. but I don't want to get in to the habit of drinking them everyday.. just on special occassion but anyways I'm certain ill update this tonight.. im hoping for a good weigh in tomorrow.... fingers crossed
