Today's food:
Breakfast: 2 wheat biscuits and semi skimmed milk (160kcal)
Lunch: mushroom soup and a low fat yogurt (200kcal)
Snack: malteasers (190kcal)
Dinner: breaded white fish, potatos and peas (690kcal)
Plus: 1 large glass of red wine (170kcal)
Total: 1410kcal

Lunch: carrot soup, Greek yoghurt with honey and raspberries, kitkat (320kcal)
Dinner: chicken hoisin wraps with egg fried rice (730kcal)
Snack: tea and kitkat (130)
Total: 1480 kcal

That glass of wine turned into three last night but I'm pretty sure they were giving me small glasses anyway so I'm not too bothered!

I'm so glad it's Friday night. Hopefully this weekend won't be too calorific though!

I'm thinking of buying some fitness DVDs so I can do some exercise at home.

Snack: devil's... I mean terry's chocolate orange pieces (300kcal)
Dinner: breaded fish, peas and boiled potatos* (600kcal)
Total: 1580 kcal

*It was wedges but 'cause of the damned terry's chocolate orange pieces that my boyfriend brought home I've had to rethink dinner.

Calories a bit high today, again I blame the devil chocolates.

ooooooooooooooooooooh the Devil's Own Chocolate Orange - gets me every time!! Soooooo nice. They are banned from my house at the moment but I have asked for a tin of the segsations as a christmas treat....
 
I am commiting myself to total avoidance of the devil chocolates today...

Especially because I weighed in at 12 stone 4 lbs this morning and nothing is going to sabotage that. Not my raving craving (lol I made a rhyme! Simple pleasures :)) for KFC, not the devil chocolates, not the fact we don't have any meat for our dinner tonight.

I just realised that makes me - finally - half way to my first goal!!!

I AM GOING TO STAY ON TRACK! And I'm going to order two work out DVDs to do in the mornings before I have my shower.

In other news - my bf's mum is getting us wii fit plus for xmas. I don't really know how that benefits my fella - who is NOT a big exercise fan - but hey it'll benefit me hopefully! Only problem is we've got to wait to Xmas to get it haha.

Ok so maybe I didn't manage to keep the chocolates at bay but at least they'll be finished soon! HA.

Lol chocolate is always my downfall.
Me and the bf managed to finish an entire tin of Celebrations in like 2/3 days :(

At least you're counting them though and not just pretending they don't exist like me :p

There are some good additions on the Wii fit plus :) it's fun and exercise, you can't beat that!

Hey Holly, oooh I remember last Xmas watching my brother do the hoola hoop task on the wii fit and I was in hysterics. I'm so happy to see that you've got you mojo back and you seem really geared up to reach your goal. You inspire me...plus, in the nicest possible way...a bit of friendly competition never goes amiss hehe. Keep going girly x
 
Ha yeah Pip that's three of us now lingering around the 22lbs lost mark. It's on!!

Jess - Yes I clearly have a weakness for the orangey yummy devil chocolates. They're all gone now though, thank goodness. Although I did find things to replace them with already...

So, speaking of food, here's today's:

Dinner: pork, courgette & yellow pepper kebabs with noodles (750kcal... although I think this is an overestimation) + mars icecream (140kcal)
Total: 1640kcal

A bit of a high calorie day but never mind! It's still a deficit afterall.

I think the chocolate addiction is getting out of hand lol I might have to start to cut down. Maybe I'll ration myself back to one bit of chocolately goodness a day - rather than two or three!

*Edit had some more chocolate ... hahaha ... so now it's pretty much a maintenance day. C'est la vie!

Yeah, that's why I can't have things like that in the house. Good luck avoiding the chocolate and have fun with the Wii Fit!
