Jess - Yes I clearly have a weakness for the orangey yummy devil chocolates. They're all gone now though, thank goodness. Although I did find things to replace them with already...
So, speaking of food, here's today's:
Breakfast: 2 biscuits and semi skimmed milk (170kcal)
Lunch: carrot soup, blueberries and strawberries (200kcal)
Snack: chocolate AGAIN! (180kcal) + crackers with philadelphia (200kcal)
Dinner: pork, courgette & yellow pepper kebabs with noodles (750kcal... although I think this is an overestimation) + mars icecream (140kcal)
Total: 1640kcal
A bit of a high calorie day but never mind! It's still a deficit afterall.
I think the chocolate addiction is getting out of hand lol I might have to start to cut down. Maybe I'll ration myself back to one bit of chocolately goodness a day - rather than two or three!
*Edit had some more chocolate ... hahaha ... so now it's pretty much a maintenance day. C'est la vie!
