It feels like it sometimes! In fact they´re just a couple of countries away, but that´s far enough to not see them more than three or four times a year.
Yay for the upped treadmill and the rowing machine! If it´s your first time on a rowing machine: be careful, I usually see guys tear at the thing like they want to break it (at maximum resistance, too) and then rush forward again like maniacs and that´s pretty bad for their backs and shoulders (and no, I don´t get involved, I´m not their mom). But if you treat it decently it´s absolutely great exercise.
Which countries? Anyone in Scandinavia?
Haha, thanks for cheering and the tip about the rowing machine! I've been having some issues with my right knee and therefor I go quite slow and steady. But it really seems harder to do a 200 kcal on the rowing machine than it does on the bike, I guess it's because of the different muscle groups being at focus?
Todays workout:
*45 min Walk on Threadmilll(speed 5.5) = 500 Kcal
*Lighter strenght training = 200-300 kcal
*Rowing for 200 kcal. (Heavy!)
