Today I am just eating salad for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Breakfast was mixed greens, tomatoe, and cucumber with skinny girl balsamic vinegrette. Had a large Diet Coke and a coffee with almond milk and Splenda. Now until lunch I am having plain water with ice. Early Lunch I had chicken breast salad with peppers.
Have to pick up the twins at their bus stop at noon. I’ll eat lunch after that.
Late lunch was a slice of cheese pizza, couple garlic pepperoni sticks, and a half cup of passion fruit. Just couldn’t resist the temptation at my sis place. Dinner will be a salad. Probably eat it late. Had a salad with a boiled egg and a chicken breast with a low carb tortilla. Hopefully I’m done for the day. It’s 6 pm and I’m full.
