Yeah… I just kinda get greedy when I see all the snacks and junk that’s in front of me.. I think I’ll do better tonite. Since I’ll have a room with only my mom and I.
 
Ended up eating a half sandwich, slice of pepperoni pizza and a wonton soup. Hopefully that’s all I’m eating tonight.

Also forgot I just had a rum and Diet Coke. I should be good til tomorrow when I go home. Lots less temptations at my place!
 
So I had a slice of whole wheat bread and Nutella before I went to bed.

Woke up early and had a slice of whole wheat bread and peanut butter for breakfast. About to go to the water park this morning.
 
Yeah, it’s nice… but an expensive one. Iwatch stopped working. Maybe the rough waters. So I just bought another one and will be picking it up tonite at the apple store.

On my way home… will pick up some groceries for this week.

For late lunch I had a slice of roast beef and a slice of whole wheat bread. Before dinner was kinda hungry so I had a salad and the egg whites. Dinner was meat and a salad. Then I had a salad with 2 deli turkey breast slices. Then after dinner before bed I had a Popeyes chicken drumstick just the meat and some sides. Stopped eating now. Feeling stuff! Tomorrow I’m weighing myself. But I don’t think I did too bad!

I will do better tomorrow!

Can’t seem to be able to fall asleep tonite. Had 2 slices of whole wheat bread and 1 tsp of nutella. Then I had roast beef and 2 low cal tortilla. Salad. It’s 2 am and still hungry!

Still up. Did my nails and my hair. Going for a coffee date around 9 am. Going to try a new place that I’ve always wanted to go to. It’s veteran’s owned.

Well my date was great! But he’s not my type.

After went to Panera for breakfast. Had egg, steak, avocado, spinach and few bites of the ciabatta. For lunch I had a madaline / brownie. 2 pieces of pork, some tortilla chips, and some potato chips. And a macaroon. And some nuts and cheetos. Took a sample of everything. At my sis of course.

My mom finally got her ticket for 2 and a half week from today!!!

Dinner was chicken, rice and beans. Carlos mother made it and I couldn’t resist! Had a slice of bread and Nutella after dinner. Then I had a low carb tortilla with a slice of roast beef. Planning on having another protein. I had a small bite of Popeyes rice and beans!

I'm planning on going to the gym early in the morning.

It's good that you had a nice coffee date, even if he wasn't your type. Life sounds very sociable for you at the moment, Vic :)
 
Yeah, have to get back into the swings of things. Too long by myself. Nice to have someone to talk to. But now I need another break before I will go on another date. When my mom and bro leaves later this month!

I’m fixing up my condo. Putting up my pictures and awards and stuff. I bought some Ashley’s furniture for my living room. Waiting for them to come in.

My weight I’m not too concerned with it. I did eat a lot yesterday but I resisted purging. (25 days b/p free!). And it wasn’t bad.

I made it to the gym and walked for an hour on a 15% incline. I was only planning on doing 20 min so I’m proud that I did it for that long. Maybe go later? Not sure how I’ll feel today.

I do have laundry to do. But I need a new dryer. It makes alot of noise so I can’t use it during the night or early morning. Put a dryer on credit…. Will get it tomorrow afternoon!!!

Went to MB and got some deli buffalo turkey meat for my sandwiches.

Well doing eating a reasonable amount and great job not purging! I think trying one first date a month is a pretty good goal.
 
Absolutely well done not purging, Vic, especially after eating a lot! Trying a date once a month sounds like a smart plan. Your apartment is coming together nicely by the sound of it.

Woke up later than usual today. Decided not to go to the gym this morning.

Dryer is coming in this afternoon. Have about 4 loads of laundry to do. Plus I have to clean up.

Had 2 donut holes and a Nutella sandwich. Lunch was salami and bread.

Starting an open ended fast right now. 12 pm!

Yeah, couldn’t fast. I’ll eat a salad tomorrow. I have one that’s already made. I had oatmeal with fruits and nuts for dinner, Nana Cate!!!


The dryer couldn't fit in my basement so they had to return it. I have to remove a piece of board. So I ordered a crow bar and will get it tomorrow. Then I’ll call to reschedule the delivery. Im thinking about getting a washer too.

So won’t be posting my weight till my mom and bro leaves in less than 2 weeks.

For breakfast I had a bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta from Panera. Had a McDonald’s coffee with creamer and stevia.

20 min later and I’m still feeling hungry. That sandwich was huge. So I’m using all my will power to not eat anything else!

Ended up eating some cheerios with whole milk, one chicken taco with sweet potatoe. Dinner we had doubles.

Breakfast was one blueberry donut hole and a coffee with almond milk and Splenda from Heavenly.

Went to North Hampton beach because it was a mild day. Went to the playground with kids. Afterwards for lunch we went to Browns. I had baked lobster pie and moscato byob.

Started a fast afterwards. At 4.5 hours right now at almost 5 pm.

I went to the gym and walked for an hour at 15% incline. Tomorrow I want to do some strength training.
