Vic’s Weight Loss

So in and out of sleep last night. So this morning when my alarm rang for me to get up I decided to not hit the gym. I am instead at Panera bread having breakfast. Had a steak egg mozzarella cheese spinach tomato and avocado on ciabatta bread. (The bread I took 3 bites and ate all the other stuf!)
 
Yeah my favorite breakfast and so filling even without the bread.

Just forgot to write about what happened to me at Daytona Beach (I think.). We stayed at a nice condo building by the beach. I decided to go for a walk on the sands by myself. I walked for about 20 min or so. Turned around to walk back and I guess I walked passed it and got lost. Yes I did have my phone but I did not remember the name of the building. But I knew there was a Jimmy Johns close by and I mapped it. But I did not believe the gps! Walked for an hour before I called my sister to come get me. Had to pin my location which I did not know how to. Lucky she walked me through and lucky that I still had cell service. She came to get me!!! I was so scared… a lot of what not to do‘s when you are at an unfamiliar place!

I have the worst sense of direction & could easily get lost. Good for you going for a nice walk on the beach. Don't let it put you off xo

Slept great last night. At a decent time.

Worked out at the gym early this morning. Walked on a 15% incline for 70 min. Had errands to do so I cut my session. I will go back later.

Going to have breakfast a little later. A deli roast beef sandwich.

Woke up early. Went to the gym. I walked for 25 min. Did some strength training on upper body and a little back and a little lower body and I did some ab exercises.

Breakfast. Ate a 2 slices of deli buffalo chicken breast and one slice of whole wheat bread. Had another 2 slices of deli buffalo turkey breast and one slice of whole wheat bread. Another one for dinner with 2 slices of turkey breast. Then I had dinner early of my salad and ahi tuna. 7 French fries from mcds my bro food. Also had a taco of 2 jumbo shrimp and raw coleslaw in a 45 cal low carb wheat tortilla. Was hungry. I will probably eat something before bed.


(Last night my sisters, mom and I went to a restaurant. I ate a sandwich earlier so I just got a ahi tuna salad and a Diet Coke. My sis I just kept on pushing food at me. But I stood my ground and just said no thanks!). Ate half and took half for my dinner today.

Did 40 min on treadmill. Maybe if I feel up to it I’ll do a fitness video later.

19 days purge and binge free!!

137.8 lbs!!! Yeah, my new lifestyle change is working and I can do this for the rest of my life.

This morning I kinda slept in. It was raining ice this morning and was kinda dangerous to go to the gym. I put my traction on and hazard lights and went slow. My brakes seized up a couple times so I made sure I did not make any sudden movements and was far away from anyone in front of me. I do have 2 appt and have to take my brother to the dispensary. All in downtown. So another busy day.

I was going by my mom in this weather and had bought her a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. But my sister called to say it was to dangerous to drive in. So I’m not visiting today and dinner is cancelled.

I did walk at the gym for 30 min. Came home and had a slice of deli buffalo turkey and one slice of honey whole wheat bread and an iced coffee with almond milk and Splenda. Lunch was another a slice of delI buffalo turkey and a slice of honey whole wheat bread. Dinner I think will be the same (I usually make most of my sandwiches in the morning and pup m them in my bag) since I have one left. Not hungry but don’t want to binge at night. But I’ll eat as late as I can. I ended up eating after dinner… I had a low carb tortilla with egg whites and a slice of turkey breast.

I went back to the gym and this time I walked at a 15% incline for 1 hour and 45 min. Was going to go longer but didn’t want to be sore tomorrow and miss my workout!

My first appt at the post office for my passport… no one showed up so ill just mail what i have. Probably do another passport photo. Mind kinda got wet today and not sure if they’ll take it. Then my hair appt got cancelled due to weather. I did go hangout at Panera Bread for hours reading the Boston globe. Will finish reading it tomorrow.

I am waiting for the snow plow to get here so I can get ready for bed!

Plenty of people would´ve taken the bad weather as an excuse not to do anything: great job getting out there and being active!

Up early! Drinking coffee with almond milk! Planning on going to the gym to strength train my whole body. I hope! When it opens. Do not like lifting weights but I do have incorporate into my weight loss routine. The number on the scale doesn’t mean much and I want to get a toned body. Right now I love how my clothes are fitting me. And the best part is I eat my meals so not hungry at all.Eli

Made it to the gym. I did incline walking for 30 min. Then I strength trained almost everything except abs. Not inclined to do it now. Maybe do a video later!

Sis just invited me to an impromptu trip to North Conway today and then to Red Jacket inn (indoor water park). So that should be fun.

I packed my already salad stuff (from MB). Also made some sandwiches that I put in my bag so I don’t get tempted. Going to say no thanks if offered food. I also put some bread separated from my deli meat! I also have instant coffee, Chrystal light, Splenda, and almond milk in my cooler that I’m bringing with me. This time I’m prepared.

Had my lunch of a slice of deli buffalo chicken and a slice of whole wheat bread. On our way!

Dinner was the sandwich, salad with sg poppyseed dressing, and I had one baby slice of pizza!!!

Today we went bowling. It was fun even though I sucked bigtime! Lol!!

Thanks, Cate! I am finally in a groove.

At the first hotel. My sisters and their family inc my mom left to go to heated pool. Nice to be by myself.

Late night and I had a mini binge. Bread, salami, chicken, popcorn Pringle.. stopping now.
I think tomorrow I’ll take a break from my diet.

Stopping a binge before it gets to be a real binge is great, well done. Nothing wrong with taking a break sometimes and enjoying family time either but beware that "enjoying" doesn´t turn into "eating everything I can get my hands on because I know I´ll be restricting again soon".
